Found this stat regarding Brown's excellent play:

Brown is the only offensive tackle in the league with at least 25 pass-blocking snaps and zero pressures allowed. This post doesn't quite do it justice, either – Brown has way more than 25 pass blocking snaps. He has 91.

What qualifies as a pressure. The massive hold he committed on the Kincaid TD last week I feel should have been one.

I stated this elsewhere that Cook is a reliable receiver of good throws, but can't make difficult catches, if he makes those catches he will be CMC good

How do you explain the drops on great throws that fall softly into both of his hands with no one contesting the catch that should be followed by a leisurely stroll into the endzone?

A bunch of his drops are very easy catches.

    So was Epstein.

When the big boys really want you ain't looking good my friend. Look at what is going on today, and btw, I doubt if Ghislaine Maxwell lasts much longer. Do you think she will live long enough to write a tell all book? I'm surprised they didn't get to her yet tbh.

Was Epstein passed around and raped like the post I was replying to implied? He was in isolation. So highly doubtful. I never said he couldn’t be killed.

  4. The Duffs was passable the first time I went. Second and third, meh. No matter how crispy you want them they’re coming out soft. Pretty sure they cook them frozen. Is nice to get a Loganberry.

The anchor bar is right by my house.

Theres a ridiculous amount of wing restaurants in DFW area but none understand how to cook wings. Buffalo bros in ft worth served raw wings both times I’ve been.

    God I hate it here.

Great … two once great local establishments spreading their now mediocre grub across the nation

Anchor bar was never good. They just got everyone to believe they started wings(they didn’t)

They want to buy a big bag of coke and fight over the same blonde newscaster?

If it’s the same newscaster im thinking of she thinks her past with Bills players and George Clooney should get her special treatment from everyone. Hated when she would come into our office. Wouldn’t say anything just stare down the secretary expecting her to drop what she was doing with other clients and rush to help her even though she was close to an hour late.

    148 Colonial Ave, Tonawanda   $149,900

    3928 Caitlin Terrace, Hamburg   $189,900

    1120 Highland Ave, Tonawanda  $189,900

    87 Moore Ave, Tonawanda   $194,900

    109 Woodcrest, West Seneca  $134,900

    175 N End Ave, Tonawanda  $175,000

    74 Frontier Drive, Hamburg  $185,000

These are from Realtor.com, which are bonafide listings.  I don't know if these houses are priced to encourage bidding wars, but they do exist in Buffalo suburbs.   My guess is that they are either really small or are fixers.  The point of my post was that house prices in WNY are bargains compared to much of the country.    In some metros these same houses would likely be selling for twice the price -- or more.

There are houses selling for $150+k in the Grant-Amherst neighborhood where my maternal grandparents and aunts and uncles lived for decades.   Most of the housing there is working class "doubles" built between 1900 and WW I with no redeeming architectural value except that they're pretty sturdy if they've been decently cared for.   As prices in Elmwood Village, North Buffalo, and Delaware District have skyrocketed in the last two decades, more middle income families have moved into Grant-Amherst, changing a tired old neighborhood sinking into a slum into a more of a modest family neighborhood like it was 50 years ago.   That's happening all over the city in small pockets, including Bailey-Kensington as well as varioius parts of the West Side like Grant Ferry and Connecticut Street.

Owned two houses in that neighborhood. Was shot at twice. One 10 years ago and again last year. The bullet holes are still in between the windows of one of them.

TBH I feel those houses you listed are expensive for how small they are.

  7. Went to LA/San Diego with family when I was 17. We spent the entire time we were there looking for my step dad’s friend from the navy. Hasn’t seen him since leaving and hasn’t had contact with him since. Went all over for 3 days to places my stepdad knew his family lived. They all moved away and current residents didn’t have any contact info. Everyone was mad we wasted our time there looking for him.

A month after we got back we all went to Sabres game. My brother and I bought seats in a different section. The guy behind us would not stop loudly talking about his time in the navy and how he had a friend that was from the area and kept wondering if he came back to Buffalo after the navy. He’s describing the guy to his friend and its matches my step dad perfectly. I turned around and asked him if his name was the same as my stepdads. He gets all excited and said yes he’s been looking for him for years and couldn’t find him. We were like we spent 3 days looking for you in socal last month. I was like hang on a second. Ran to the section him and my mom were in and got them to come to our seats.

Guys flight got cancelled in another city and had to come to Buffalo for the flight and decided to take in a Sabres game before leaving. Just happened to sit behind us and tell the story.

Some of these stadium demands are truely ridiculous.  I’m old enough to remember the Rams moving to St.. Louis. I’m not that old.  And they already left.

I have family in St Louis.  That stadium is basically brand new beautiful glass enclosed dome.  And then the Rams moved after demanding a new stadium.  wtf?  It was still nicer and newer than 80% of the league’s stadiums.  At some point I think it’s just an excuse to leave.

The dome the Rams played in? It’s 30 years old and was last renovated in 2010. There’s windows on then sides but it’s not a glass enclosed dome. Are you thinking of Minnesota? That stadium is closer to what you describe.

  9. I’ve done it but all depends on how the property manager or whoever feels that day. Chances are they won’t notice but one of the lots I used to use to park for free got shut down because people started tailgating and making it obvious they’re not going to eat at the restaurant.

Have them park and go into the mall or store and pick them up at the entrance. That way people see them going inside.

Oh, Diddy gonna get diddled in the pen, for sure........they are gonna pass him around like currency.

If he had any sense, he would have spent his time trying to figure out how to get that thing sewn shut cause they are gonna run a mile long train on him.

Doubtful. He’ll most likely be in protective or isolated from most of the others. He also has money or access to money. Not hard to pay others for protection.

So the “overdrafted” comments are such a joke to me. The only discussion anywhere, here included, was should it be Young or Stroud. So if he was overdrafted, it was by 1 spot-he wasn’t going past 2

Idk if I said it here but while watching Bama games I asked the people watching with me how in the world does anyone think he’s a first or second round QB. I didn’t see much of anything that would translate to the pros.

Loved RDZ with Siciliano. Much better than Hanson.  Thought the production of DTV RDZ was overall better.

Found myself a bit annoyed yesterday at the number of times they used the multiple mini box’s.  Especially the end of that time periods slate.  I thought DTV RDZ was a bit more judicious at showing multiple games. They would hold off a bit and show the other games action.

10 games going on at once it was going to be a mess no matter what they did.

the quad boxes are great. I'm on a 65" tv and have no problem paying attention to each game. I wish they had a channel that had all 4 up at all times. I do this on my pc with streams often.

Same. 65” and have no issues following each game in quad boxes.

Last week had 10 games going on in the early slot so it was going to be a mess no matter what they did.

I looked at the highlights, and I'm pretty convinced that it was not tipped.  There was a Dolphins player who jumped up with a hand, but I found a shot where it looked as though the ball was heading wide L before it got to the Dolphins defenders.  I do think Bass slipped a bit as he planted to kick, though, which considering how everyone else on the field was slipping and falling would not be a huge shock.

This could definitely be it. Something seemed off as he was kicking. Slipped or hold idk but something def looked odd.
