Based on three preseason games and TC, you're wrong. Peterman has been the most productive QB and right now is a better choice. Josh still takes longer to process the game, defensive formations and where to go with the ball than does Peterman. We need that now with this crap OL.

Based on what? Start Peterman until we're out if it and work Allen in. Peterman is the more productive QB at this point.

Your premise fails to take into account NP's vast improvement during the off season and in camp. He processes the game faster, makes good decisions and gets the ball out faster than either AJ or Allen. And with this OL that's a valuable trait. If DCs want to defense him like a WCO prevent, fine. He's smart enough to opt to runs and has shown some accuracy over the middle. (That said, I just don't want him to throw an out patters to the right.) At this point, he's the best option to put points on the board with this offense.

You improve a shaky offence by putting a more productive QB in there. Peterman has moved the ball and scored points with the 1s., 2s. and 3s. He makes faster decisions and gets the ball out quicker than Allen and AJ. With this pathetic OL, that's the guy we need right now,, someone to get the ball out and put it the hands of playmakers - however few we have.

Allen has a much higher ceiling and a better skill set, but this point in his development he's not a better QB based on production. Use your head and not your heart. Just because you want to be so doesn't make it so. Peterman has moved the ball consistently whether it's with the ones, twos or threes. He makes decisions faster and gets the ball out faster. I go by production and not hopes. Allen just needs some more development, then it's his time.

Whoever plays QB has to get the ball out lightning fast, and at this point that's Peterman.

With all the crap we watched from the Bills, we don't need to make up another one. Run D was fine. No pass rush and poor coverage is concern enough.

By reading the D and getting shorter passes out ala Peterman.

He was -5 yards passing. It's not blame, it's not hate, it's not saying he's a bust, it's saying he probably needs a little more time. With an offensive line is horrible as this you got to get rid of the ball faster. Is what it is. Deal with it.

The middle of our OL was beyond bad. The OTs were just bad. Makes for a long year boys.

+1. The OP maybe a negative Nelly, but it's hard to argue he's not wrong. It's like the saying, just because I'm a hypochondriac doesn't mean I'm not sick.

Short story, Peterman should start. He gets rid of the ball quickly and makes good decisions. With this horrible offensive line you need someone to do just that. Maybe he's not the long-term answer but he's what we need right now.
