I"m no fan of the media, but they aren't creating the narrative of McBeane being on the hot seat - McBeane is. A historically bad offense and multiple blow out losses is the reason and McBeane owns it.

I've been following this team since 1963. So I've seen it all before but I gotta tell you, I am sick and FN and tired of being humiliated week to week. I understand we were going to take a step back but I wasn't ready to have us completely crumble. This week was an abomination. If they can't do a better job coaching than they're gonna lose this locker room soon. There's no excuse, none, to have 6 illegal formation penalties this year. This is plain and simple football. McD do your goddam job and at least have this team respectable.

Post like these always amuse me. No, the offensive line is not an easy fix. And you're not going to do what in one draft. McBeane has made many mistakes this year, and we're paying the price for it now. It doesn't mean their plan won't work eventually, but right now it's tough to watch. Back to being ridiculed weekly is appalling.

I quit at the half and put a new drive belt and paddles on my snowblower. A much better use of my time.

I'm not buying this dead cap argument. The game was lost in the first half with a pathetic defense. That's supposed to be a top-notch squad and it was exposed by a 1 - 5 team. 6 penalties this year for illegal formations. All of it's unacceptable. Something wrong with this coaching staff. We seem to win close or get blown out.

Our linebackers were exposed. Nobody set the edge, and nobody covered running backs out of the backfield. They looked confused and pathetic. I just never expected that to be the case. I was ready for the offense to suck but wow.

Nice boundary pass Nate, you really found the open guy. But now we're going to try to do that pass to a guy with a buffalo on his helmet.
