  1. Thank God, this national championship game is a yawn.?
  2. I'd rather have a TE with some length. 6'2" is a little short.
  3. You kind of lost me here Old Time. I was referring to the head coach and GM, who just acted upon what you were talking about by losing 3 coaches. They're constantly fiddling with the roster and trying to improve it. Hell, they even got rid of their number 1 and 2 receivers to change things up when it wasn't working. They also had a huge dead money situation they had to be cleared up and it's done. So I don't quite know what you're getting at here as it relates to my original post.
  4. All valid. Cleveland's got some horses on at team right now so anything's possible.
  5. Is puzzlement. Kiko has a history of these nasty plays while J. Mills has had none. It was a bizarre result.
  6. Sure there is, he's 30 years old and hasn't played in a long time. Plus he's got a bad attitude. Giving up a first-round pick for him is just asinine.
  7. It's really nice to not be in FO turmoil and drama. There's a plan and path for this team that is easily ascertained and we are now in a position to pursue it. I hope the McBeane train keeps a rollin' for many years.
  8. Solid coach with discipline and a plan. And for once the GM and coach are in lockstep. Go Bills!
  9. Thought the same thing. Could have used #95 many times near the goal line.
  10. They've had Luck for many years and never did win much with him until they found a running game. That's the OL baby. If you can run block and pass protect you're going to win. Toss in an elite quarterback and you're almost unstoppable.
  11. Umm, I think that's what I said. As I said, this kid's got a lot of upside. Accurate, aggressive, smart and motivated. Great arm talent as well.
  12. The jump from first and second-year could be a lot or a little, we'll know soon enough but I think the kid still has upside.
  13. To to be sure, I thought he was a little harsh on Baker Mayfield though.
  14. Wow, strong statement. That said, that is Jordan Palmer's brother. But I think he's being sincere.
  15. I just don't see a flurry of activity to climb up to get those guys. I think they'll fall lower in the 1st in into the 2nd.
  16. Yep! This is far more realistic.
  17. Not really. I hated the pick. Since then I'm somewhat optimistic, not on his accuracy which is still suspect in my mind. But it in his ability to read defenses and process. I think that's where he made a good gain from his college days. His running ability is off the charts and a surprise, but it's not something I want to rely on long term for his career. Sure is nice to have though. That said, I still need to see more. I like to see him hit slants, short passes to the right and to stop throwing behind receivers. The bread-and-butter passes that get you 1st downs. I'd like to see him be able to do that and as well as go long when he sees the opportunity. But if you can't make 1st downs with your arm in this league you're not going to be a winning quarterback. Pre injury, I was shaking my head every time he played. But post injury he impressed me with some credible growth.
  18. It's Patriot loving, Bill's hating Rosenthal, who cares?
  19. I've been hesitating to subscribe but from what I've been reading on this board it seems like it's the go-to place now. So I'm signing up!
  20. Somehow he pouted away what often is a once in a career opportunity to win a SB.
