Every Cole Beasley catch vs. the Cowboys
Green Lightning replied to Real McClappy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought his crossing pass to Isaiah was the true example of his accuracy growth from last year. That was a laser and perfectly placed. -

Perfect analogy. Spurs just won but never got respect. Just win! -

Joe Cribbs = Devin Singeltary
Green Lightning replied to Stallions's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I felt the same way about his stature and durability but after him seeing him move a pile of DTs five or six yards downfield before they could bring him down I have to say I am impressed. -
But, but in the heat of the moment the Refs had a legitimate worry that the Patriots may lose. They got to do what they got to do.

Anyone else think Bills will dominate on Sunday?
Green Lightning replied to ShakAttack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This. We lack the talent to dominate anyone. -
Stephen A nails it. He wants attention and media, not an NFL career.

Very emotional, you're so woke.

Don't care. He had a gig with the 49ners and walked away from it. His skills are hardly worth the circus he brings with him. Teams looking to make the playoffs hardly need the distraction. Go play in the CFL, they'll love him up there.

Bills at Browns Post Game Post Mortem
Green Lightning replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How about stop trying to throw the long ball on third down and three. Prove to me he can make it some other time before launching these deep routes when we need to stay on the field. He misses a guy open by 10 yards by another 10 yards. Pathetic. At this point just stay on the field and make first downs. Take the offseason to learn how to throw long again. -
Bills at Browns Post Game Post Mortem

My observations of a perfectly putrid giveaway of a game we needed. We need a kicker Stop running deep routes, Josh can't hit the lake from the dock over 15 yards We need a DT to plug the middle and a DE who can actually set the edge Move Tremaine and get a downhill MLB that hits the right gaps Tacking practice time again Lee Smith is a penalty machine Josh Allen is a fumbling machine When you play the 30th ranked run D, run the damn ball When it's 3rd and 3, get the damn 3 yards and not try for a 30 yard bomb Time to look at the OC Talent trumps culture Get a play maker on offense -
Singletary finishes with EIGHT rushing attempts

Our offense is a hot mess. -
If you recall during the signing many "pundits" pointed out that Star's numbers were declining and his effectiveness was deteriorating in his last few years at Carolina. I didn't pay it much mind but I have to admit they may have been right. So maybe we shouldn't be surprised he is the way he is. He's clearly one-dimensional and just not worth the money. I'm not saying others aren't contributing to this poor run defense. It's just that he's supposed to be the big space-eater and occupy multiple blockers, keep our linebackers clean, and a push the pocket guy. And that just ain't the case.
-
No. I don't. Yep. Spot on.

If Star is not the problem and Tremaine is not the problem then the D scheme is. We're getting shredded up the middle and I am looking at Star & Tremaine. And please don't tell me they solved there issues in the second half. With a rookie quarterback you could do run blitzes every play and stop at run. Against a good quarterback you're going to get picked apart doing that every play.

Definitely need better guards next year...

That will be a huge help but we still need another 1 tech DT. Need a bull that is a true space eater and disrupter. -

All true Vince, but I think they're going to have to rethink that D. A good coach is going to have to use the best players he a d form the scheme around them. I just don't think Tremaine is going to cut it as an MLB. -

Gotta agree. DT, DE, WR top my list. Like to move Tremaine to OLB and find a real MLB.
