  1. Jeff Wright? He'd be a decent 3 Tech but was not anywhere in the same league as Ted Washington, Fred Smerlas or Pat Williams. Honestly brutal pick. I'd take George Saimes and Poyer over Kelso. Aaron Williams would have been the best if he wasn't blindsided mugged by the thug Jarvis Landry.
  2. Can we pay him for a half a season? That's all he'll play before ending up on IR.
  3. Old school tough QBs. Joe Kapp, Sonny Jurgenson, Roman Gabriel and John Brodie.
  4. Yeah, no wrecks to his Oedipus...
  5. To crush the Chiefs, drive them before us and hear the lamentations of their women.
  6. Jeebus, it's only June. No need to be so fact based and realistic in your posts at this point! 😏
  7. Let's see how he processes the game, especially against NFL DCs. There's a lot of "modern" NFL QBs that bust. He's got a lot of weapons so we'll know soon enough of he's all that.
  8. Maybe he's here to show the coaches how to get out of the choke-hold when the game is on the line.
  9. It was 1963. I became aware of a standing buffalo silhouette on helmets and my family yelling and jumping at an old Philco TV every Sunday. I was indoctrinated into the cult and living within it's bizarre code and ritual ever since. I still replay the AFL Championship games in my head. So Tick-Tock boys, I need a Lombardi bad.
  10. Call him a carnival ride if you want but this piece makes me appreciate Josh all the more.
  11. Cap is not real claim in 3-2-1...
  12. Maybe they wanted to have more with man-to-man packages to change up on offenses and needed that skill set - figuring they could teach him zone. Last year he had a foot issue, let's see what he has got this year. He's had some solid moments in games. With all the size/speed receivers we'll be seeing, someone with his physical abilities would be huge addition.
  13. No. League rule.
  14. Well deserved Bills Wall of Fame.
  15. He seems to have a knack of giving the QB a final place to go to. A QB friendly receiver. Likely why Josh likes him.
  16. He schemed for the talent he had. His QB couldn't stretch the field. I think I know of someone who can.
  17. He's an example for this team any which way. If he takes the humble pie and is productive, he's an example of anyone can change if given the right opportunity and situation. And the Bills are that kind of organization to be the best version of yourself. If he goes south again, he's an example of what not to do to have a successful NFL career, even if you have the talent. And kudos to the Bills for giving him the opportunity. Either way, low risk and he's not going to poison our already established and solid locker room.
  18. I was fine with moving on from Morse. He was okay for the most part during the regular season but struggled against quality DT's, particularly in a bull rush. He's a finesse guy in what is shaping up to be a more physical OL. $8 million was a lot of coin for him. I'm anxious to see if Van Pran can take over and give us a Torrence like rookie year.
  19. Another Rochester poster here, saying I could care less about what he said at a Catholic College Commencement. I only care about him having a bad day at the office when playing us. The guy is money.
  20. Agree. He's our new Phil Hansen. A great Bill who set the edge, stopped the run and still finished some sacks when Bruce flushed the pocket.
