School is not a fan. He's a Bills hater. In fact Schopp is a baseball and hockey guy and a trading card guy. I wish he'd stick to that instead of playing the "I'm so smart and your boring me" role he assumes on air . But my remedy for Schopp is easy- I don't listen.

I like Stevie...he's Really progressing and we should lock him up.. But calm down guys. He doesn't have the speed to be an elite #1 receiver. Let's see him get open against the Jets and other big time D's first. Let's see what he does double teamed.

I like Fitz. he's the perfect QB if only he had consistent accuracy - but he doesn't. When the game is on the line he's as apt to toss a pick as a completion. I say he has earned a spot on the team but he's just not our franchaise guy. On a team with lots of talent he'd win a fair amount of games. But we don't have talent and he cannot carry this team. So TSW, let's quit the extremes. Fitz doesnt suck - period. But he's not the answer - period. He is a great choice to groom our next QB.

Read it as English. I give them little credence and they seldom disappoint me.

Who gives a rat's a** what Glazer thinks. Buddy's job is to improve this team and this move may well do that. If he pans out great. If we resign him, all the better. But to sit on his hands and not take a shot at signing hime is not an option. As PTR said, Glazer also wrote we'd be crackerdogs not to take him. Bottom line is that most of the media are pant-loads who have to either fill copy inches or keep the meters moving to justify their existance. I try to give them as little credence as possible and 90% of the time that attitude gets justified.

Carrington is the perfect size for a 3-4 DE and he's the future. Play him. We're 0-7 with Stroud, Kelsay et-al, let's see what the kids can do.

Hell no. I'm with you. We're in a rebuild and you have to find your positives where you can....and there are positives even in this tough stretch.

My voice was hoarse yelling "just run the damn ball!" Chan called a great game but g'damn it some positive yards and we wouldn't have needed OT to begin with. Then again in OT. I just don't get it. As for Fitz...gutsy game but if he had just some more accuracy we'd have this game as a win! Spiller was wise open.

I think you'll see Troup developing nicely. He's still learning technique but he's plenty strong and will get stronger. He's already getting double-teamed and I think he'll be collapsing pockets soon. I like Coleman and Moats and wish they would sit Kelsay and play Carrington.

Media trying to create a controversy. I say play Fitzy as long as he's productive. If he crashes, play Brohm, if he crashes, play Levi. Short story, why even discuss that stuff while our offense is at long last productive?

Got me nervous for sure. He finally played a full game and played very well.

I'd draft LB, DL & OT in that order unless Luck comes out.

Wade has far more expertise with the 3-4 than those two.

You have to give credit to both. Fitz is a tough little guy with so-so accuracy but a big heart and guts. But he had all those attributes last year and never produced like this. Gailey is getting the most he can out of Fitz by letting the man play his game. Fitzy is smart and reads defenses really well. Chan lets him do that and lets him run the offense. That's great coaching. Fitz doesn't have the big arm but he's got a big brain and it's a great coach who allows him to use his strengths. So both guys get kudos.

I'd take Wade back as a DC in a heartbeat. He'd make us a better team in short order. Don't see it happening but if it were possible, we'd be well served by that move.

The Senator has it right. What's the point of making any declarations now? Fitzy could be Jake Delhomme or he could be Rich Gannon - a late bloomer. We don't know but we have ten more games to figure that out. Let's be patient and see what we got and if we can live with it. I see no point to saying we MUST draft a QB. It's not a litmus test for this franchaise. If Fitzy stalls or tops out below what we need, by all means pick a QB ---- but ONLY if the QB truly is a franchaise changer. Don't reach! This team has so many holes an elite talent at DL or LB or OT would suit me fine.

I can't agree more! And under no circumstance take Troup out. The kid can play and needs the reps. He's going to get better and better. He's a load. I liked what I see in Moats and Coleman. Play the kids.
