  1. It's 15 years of age in Thailand. That's okay because it's legal? Sanchise should spend his off season there and have wait for the 14 year olds to hit the magic day. Pathetic. Maybe the college girls are just too sophisticated for him in the states. My first take seems right, Big Ben is his role model.
  2. Pretty much what I was thinking. +1.
  3. It's like Crayonz is reading my mind! Hey WEO, nice try. Geez all he did was have sex with a consenting girl who is of legal age....gimme a break. Nice matter of fact way to try and justify MS's behavior as OK? If I wanted to be an A**hole about MS, I could have said if it were a movie it'd be "Close Encounters in the Third Grade." Maybe he's just good at small talk with High School girls. Maybe they talked about the latest episode of "Glee" or relived their favorite moments of "That's so Raven" over a Mountain Dew. Hell, he could help her out on her SAT's. I guess in your world it's okay for a star NFL QB's to pick up 17 year old high school girls and have sex with them. It's pretty damn low in my world and I guess we'll just have to disagree on what constitutes decent behavior.
  4. Great speed off the edge....great first step.....I'm in Maybin Hell all over again. Miller may look like a man against college OT's but the NFL will handled him like they do AM. Christ, let's get some size. Dareus or Quinn would be great additions to our front seven. I don't want to see little LB's like Vonn MIller and Casey Matthews. I don't give a #@&!+ how fast they are.
  5. Getting away with living on the edge by having sex with young women picked up in clubs. Albeit this one was a willing participant, she's one click past the Mann Act and statutory rape. Not the smartest of choices for San-Chise. Probably never occurred to him she might be lying about her age. Flirting with the legal razor's edge is Ben's MO and it's a bad way to go for MS. Nice break down Crayonz. I guess I'll have to flesh out my sarcasm in future posts of this nature.
  6. Well he figured it worked for Big Ben......
  7. Gay Cowboy fan
  8. Good luck with this Newton thing. As long as you're having fun and enjoying your team - then have at it! I'm still going stay low key and promote drafting "D" at 3!
  9. Poz is pedestrian at best. I just watched the Packer's back up, AJ Hawk play a whale of a game. Hawk would be a upgrade over Poz.
  10. Hey, did I read the thread title right? Someone mentioned Maybin and Defense in the same sentance?
  11. I feel the same I as I did for the last 4 Kolb threads this past week. If he was a FQB, the Eagles would keep and start him. He's not, so they're trading him.
  12. Give the guy a break....I'm sure he meant violating a whole bowl and not a single piece of cereal. Hope it's not Flutie Flakes.
  13. Other than Suh and Matthews, not many rooks on DL or LB make a big impact in their first year. BJ Raji didn't and he's looking good now. Ngata didn't set the world on fire early on as well. To call Troup and Carrington a project at this point is just wrong. We should expect good things from them this season if there is a season.
  14. He seems a click or two up from Cornell Green. If we're going to get a qualtiy OT, let's set our sights a little higher.
  15. I would agree with the OP if there was a FQB worth taking at #3 but there isn't. It's a moot point. Let's build our D.
  16. Dareus is not a NT. DT and DE yes. NT no. I still want him however.
  17. Top 3 Guitarists 1. Hendix (No discussion on this) 2. Segovia 3. Stevie Ray Vaughan Films 1. Unforgiven 2. Blade Runner 3. Wings of Desire
  18. I meant to say screw Texas except for the strong Bills contingent there, but certainly screw the rest of them. Just hate hearing people whine about having to not wear flip flops to the SB. C'mon, man-up.
  19. Screw Dallas, screw Texas and let it snow and be cold. Pittsburgh and Green Bay will be right at home so the Hell with the everybody else. As for the SB in NJ, I say great. If you don't like, stay home and tell the rest of the pansies to bring a damn snuggie.....
  20. Good post and I have to agree. I'd love to see Dareus on this team. That said, LB, LB, LB must be the mantra. (oh, and one RT as well)
  21. #1 is LBs without a doubt. #2, tough choice but I went with RT/OT. The DL should have our second year guys step up. Troup at NT, KW at DE and Edwards/Carrington at DE. That said, I'd draft Dareus, the best available ILB and an OLB. I'd get a RT via FA. Frankly, I wouldn't resign Poz. He's just too slow to cover.
  22. I get the OP's point, and ultimately he's right. Still, I want to see some action on our front seven. I get that the FO feels they have addressed the DL with Troup, KW, Carrington and Dwan Edwards. But even if the second year guys really stop up on DL, our LB corps is awful. I don't think they should resign Poz, he just cannot cover. Draft ILBs and pick up another OLB in the draft or FA. Get a real RT and I think we're going to be head and shoulders better. At #3, we should get a game changer, impact player on D. That's my hope anyhow and let's see how it plays out.
  23. Since you know a lot more about him than we do, where would he be a good pick? Later first or is he later rounds in your opinion?
  24. Rooting for the Pack (their QB is not a rapist and love to see Rodgers get the Farve stigma over with) but the Steelers look damn good. They will put a lot of pressure on Rodgers and I'm not sure the GB running game will get going against the Steelers. We'll see. Steelers 24-17.
