  1. 15 to 20 pounds! That'll put him at at 330-335 pounds....he'll get bullied at that light weight! Really, I think you have it right on that. Tough to bull rush a 335 pound beast like Glenn. I think this kid has got the stuff to be a tremendous LT. He's huge but agile and has 6-feet of arms to push speed rushers off trajectory. We are going to have a huge and nasty O'line for years to come
  2. No, with the administration but shouldn't be reading TSW at the meeting but damn, we're two days from the draft!
  3. Best post of the year IMHO. Laughed out loud at a city council meeting.
  4. That you would know that Minnifield in the 6th is a pipe dream is most impressive.
  5. Similar situation here. She surprised me with tickets to Lewis Black and an overnight stay at the Oneida casino for Thursday! An early birthday gift. We've been married two years (though it's the second for both of us) and she wanted to be impulsive. My reaction was a forced "Gee, that's great." Finally I told her I had tix to the Bill's draft party at the fieldhouse but I was going to give them away. After a few days of forcing excitement for the upcoming trip she gave me a small opening to escape and I took it! I put the Lewis Black tix on Stub Hub today. Buy her some big-ass roses and go to the draft party. Text her half way into it and tell her she's the best wife ever. That's my plan.
  6. I honestly think this observation is as valid a conclusion as I got out of watching Gruden's show. Good drill down Fluff.
  7. Umm, you must have just emerged from under a rock? Ask any other team if they would like a front four with Mario Williams, Kyle Williams, Marcel Dareus and Kelsey/Carrington/Mark Anderson...and I think they'd want a piece of that! Add Wanstache and life is looking good.
  8. He's a Middle LB true, but so is Sheppard and Channix seems to like him. I think the BPA at 10 could be Floyd or Gilmore.not thinking we're taking "cooch."
  9. I feel the OP isn't giving TSW a fair analysis. What about that excellent "why we need to take a punter in the 1st round" thread? In fact I'm going to bump it now!
  10. Jesus Beavis calm the Hell down. You'll give yourself a concussion.
  11. WTF...Mort's on our bandwagon? Who's next ..Colin Cowturd?
  12. Then go for a kicker. Usually there are two return men to handle one guys kick.
  13. Too extreme. Let's just take the BPA - Best Punter Available.
  14. Go ahead and laugh, but it won't be so funny when teams don't take our fake punt threat seriously. We need a guy who can kick, pass and run....and they're out there!
  15. I can live with that line up save for Reiff. He's not a LT in the NFL.
  16. Cycle ward.....is that for pedal-philes?
  17. I dunno, if you're going to overpay...just a little, makes sense to have that a LT or QB. Bell is worth resigning, even as depth. Don't grossly overpay but it wouldn't trouble me to be generous.
  18. Gotta give him some help with a speed receiver and he'll catch 100 balls next season
  19. At #10, we are not going to reach to take a need pick...just take the BPA and if that is Gilmore, so be it. Why take a lesser talent LT or LB? Draft a guy who is elite and a playmaker. We'll find a spot for him.
  20. This....the draft can't get here soon enough. Sign Wallace.... Christ......
  21. How's his motor? That's what you have to know.
  22. Johnson is a DT not a DE. Carrington played a 4-3 DE in college. He drops 15 lbs and splits the LDE job with Anderson. Merriman plays DE not LB. Rest is OK.
  23. Guarenteed money is reasonable. Frankly, I just love this offseason. Buddy is signing all our players that needed resigning and has gone out and gotten some huge additions. This looks like the NY Giants formula and why the Hell not! Can't wait for the draft. Next up, sign Bell. We need the depth at the very least. Also, re-up Wood and Levetre. Damn this is fun!
