Sounds like a lonely place my friend. Dare to dream! Reach for the stars! Close your eyes and let Russ be your guide to a new and better place! Yes Marauder, there is a shining city on a lake...with a franchise quarterback with a playoff game to win.....just BILLEVE!
Seeing that McKelvin is the only black on the team the OP has a point. ...oh wait.....
Well seeing as many on this board never go negative on white players say like Kelsay.....umm...OP you're on your own.
Hell yeah we are rebuilding -- but so were the Colts last year. Yeah I know we don't have A. Luck -- but we could get a good QB at #8 and start building like good teams do -- QB first. We don't have to suck this year.
I have to agree with the OP. I really thinK the latert first and early second round will see the big run on QB's. Either the Bills trade back into the first ala Losman (hopefully with better results) or take the guy they like at 8. The more I think of it, if Geno or Barkley are there at 8 - take the damn filer and draft a freakin' QB.
Isn't doing the same thing 5, 000 times and expecting a different outcome the definition of insanity? I've only have 2, 000 posts, give or take, so I'm still ok. Right?
I just think Cordy will be a great LT and why move him? Trade down and grab a RT later on. If no Geno I'm thinking we should take a chance with Barkley. If not, trade down with someone wanting a LT.
I get what you're saying. Truth is I couldn't concentrate on the RT play because I was distracted by the QB missing open receivers and tossing game ending picks and our D giving up 200 yds on the ground every week.
It's not brain surgery. Geno Smith or Matt Barkley are nowhere near as big a risk in round one as Maybin was. Just take the shot and get a damn quarterback in here.
Just when you thought there could be a smallest pause in the hand wringing and bitching comes this beauty of a thread. RB can say nothing with this crowd without being savaged...then they'd B word about him saying nothing.
Why the Hell is everyone so dammed fixed on moving Cordy Glenn to guard? He's on track to be a premier LT! Leave him be and go draft a guard in the 3rd or 4th round or Sign a FA. Its way more difficult and helluva lot more expensive to find a left tackle that it is a guard.
it's about time! Now if we can just get rid of Kelsay...oh wait....
You know, we are down a defensive end, a linebacker, safety and two receivers. We may lose a left guard and a free safety. That's a lot of bodies to replace. I sure hope the boys have a plan.
