  1. Roger that. I'm activating my subtlety sensor as I write!
  2. And Democrats anywhere.
  3. Umm, activate your sarcasm detector.
  4. UFA to starter. Another Romo. Book it!
  5. Some levity in this all to inense EJ angst maybe? It's May. Everybody just breathe and have some fun in the coming months. The team looks promising.
  6. Nope, he'll go to the Jets where he and David Nelson will become the best TE/WR 1 -2 punch in the NFL...then TBD will rue this day! Either that or kick back with Mayhem and enjoy retirement.
  7. Not that I know of. I think somewhere along the line Hairston tweeted that he was doing better and was ready to go.
  8. I am far more concerned with EJ's progressions than I am with his mechanics. Mechanics can be improved and many QBs have done so. Making the correct reads in nanoseconds is what the great QBs do and what I wonder if EJ can do.
  9. The writer of the article linked to by the OP includes Hairston as one of the comparisons to Cujo.
  10. My sense is that yeah, this is a better team and Whaley did a great job of filling the holes and picking up good talent at a reasonable cost. On the face of it, I'm feeling pretty good about the season ahead. Now I'll see how fast this thread becomes another EJ debate and/or indictment.
  11. Oops, got my philosophers mixed up. Right you are. The thought's the same however.
  12. To quote the philosophy of Bill and Ted...it is our density.
  13. No, we invested two 1sts and a fourth. In the trade we gave up 1st and a 4th. Keep up!
  14. We also gave up a 1st and a 4th for him.
  15. Johnson on the Pats would suck. It's Brady's last and best chance to win an untainted SB.
  16. Well, Hairston is looking good at least. Hey, let's tuck this article away and see if it holds water. I put some stick in such things but this analysis seems a bit of a reach.
  17. Nah, Buddy doesn't even know who Mel Kiper is. Besides that was lot of words used in the interview without even one dangnabbit.
  18. There's no such word as irregardless. Regardless, the only true answer is that time will tell.
  19. Thurman ended up in the second round because teams were concereabout his knee injuries. Glad BP didn't flinch then.
  20. No, it's just EJ. Thus speaketh TBD!
  21. Ok. Didn't like the price we paid for the pick but that's a good kid. Go Sammy!
  22. If Thad protects the ball better, he will be a good back up. He played well for an inexperienced kid who was a late addition last year. Should make a step forward this year with a year behind him along with the same coaches and playbook.
  23. Takes some of the sting away. If SW lights it up Julio Jones style, there will be less of a sting if any.
  24. We may also have some cap space created if there are more trades. DW has shown he's not shy about moving anyone if the return is right. Also it's good to be focusing on one need instead 5 or 6 needs!
