  1. Midday approaches. No sign of Clay. And it's quiet, too quiet. I think something's up...we should all stand by. imo
  2. Well, there's that. Samantha Ponder is an all-pro WAG. She's gonna be the bread winner in the future for the family Ponder.
  3. Schaub is broken. His arm just looks shot. What was, was, and he's not the same guy. When Christian Ponder is considered an upgrade over Schaub it's time to call it a career.
  4. Actually smart for both sides. He provides depth at OG and center. DW continues to impress.
  5. 11:00 PM, not a sign of Clay...
  6. Better off with Cassel, Schaub has a noodle arm. The Raiders think Ponder is an upgrade.
  7. A man's got to know his limitations...
  8. I just read this entire thread. I am an idiot. But it was fun to read the Chandler > or = Clay posts...really?
  9. It's 7 years, so in 2017 we can start a new CB tbread.
  10. Ha! While I agree with the OP as well but this was brilliant! I will try to take it to heart!
  11. Yeah I get it but that still leaves no bully at the other guard spot and Seantrel was pretty shaky and hardly a force. So that's why I said more bullies. For once I wanted to see a Bills O-line that dictated play. We have some elite skill players now but I still don't see a Bully O-Line. Do you? It's still early on and there is always the draft but it's rare to have a rook come in and dominate on the O-Line.
  12. How so? I haven't seen much in the way of mobility from him to get to the second level to block. I just don't see what he adds to Roman's offense other than size.
  13. Dunno, if we are building a bully, we need more bullies on the O-Line. It could be that some of the rooks from last year take that big step up. That would be the best thing. Still, I'd like to see a veteran signing to ensure we don't repeat last year's interior line fail.
  14. We usually get these kind of threads when there is zip going on in the off season. With all that's going on we're really talking about moving Hogan to CB?
  15. Short answer is someone that doesn't suck. The individual person we get is better settled by our GM and FO. What I know is if we are to build a bully, this present OL ain't it -- yet. I do have faith in DW but all I said in my post is I'd like to see it sooner than later as I'm admittedly impatient. I have seen so many years of not getting the OL right that I anxious to see it. We've had lots of activity in the past to address the O-line but not the results. I am somewhat comforted by the notion we may actually have offensive coaches that know what they are doing.
  16. They are attending a "How to be a Bully" camp.
  17. Except when playing teams winning records. The Iggles are woeful there. So far Kelly hasn't done much and this is the year to see if he's a genius or a megalomaniac.
  18. Don't confuse desire and motivation with capacity. EJ's a great kid who works hard but he just doesn't have it...or who needs beaucoup time to develop. We need to win this year. Cassel is your starter. Casse
  19. Like to see a guard signed soon.If yhat makes me impatient,so be it.
  20. Excellent. He is a beast on ST and good WR depth.
