If DW and Rex are both staying, TP's gotta bring in a czar to make them play nice. We have some serious personnel decisions to make.

I just don't care. Let's fix the mess we have and to Hell with the past.

You still have to draft and develop QB's. And this franchise hasn't done near enough of it.

The numbers and performance drop off says it all. Rex has done what he said he wouldn't do, force a system on players instead of best utilizing the talent he had. This passive, rush 3 crap is sickening to watch. The D quit on him today. 14 games in and they still don't know where to line up or who to cover. We wasted a year on this crap with a roster like this...it just pisses me off. The game has passed Rex by. I didn't necessarily think we were a lock to be a playoff team, but I didn't expect us to be an embarrassment on national TV 14 games in.

Rex Ryan has lost this team. They are, in a word, pathetic.

The only statement here that makes me ponder is whether or not Rex has hit his ceiling as a coach. There's been some notable growth stories, like our own Marv in his latter coaching period. Tom Coughlin stayed his course but changed enough to accommodate some player issues and did very well. Hard to say about Rex. Getting players to suit his D scheme may fix the defense issue, but If he doesn't come to Jesus on team discipline and preparedness, I don't think we'll get much farther. There are things I feel better about than I have in the past - QB, OC and the beginnings of a team identity. It's gotta make a quantum leap next year.

You mean our guards who had multiple holds yesterday with a largely 4 man rush? I thought we were going to build a bully this OL of ours is far from it.

And that had nothing to do with our horsesh*t OLine? Or our QB who likes to air it out on 3rd and short?

We have a good GM, we also have a failed HC who somehow ruined a great D and p*ssed away winnable games with poor decisions and an undisciplined team. I do fault DW for his OLine decisions, too many misses.I don't know what to make of all the crushing injuries but they surely did us real damage. Nothing is going to change with either the GM or HC next season so this is all moot.

Whether he can or not, he's going to get another year. He says it's his last coaching job, he's got to change something up or he's finished. Maybe he can do a gut check, don't know. What I do know is that he's not going anywhere next year.

Maybe we watched a different teams this year, and today! The right side of our line is awful in both run and pass protection. And btw, I didn't say the OLine was the biggest problem, you did. I just said we need to get a real OLine.

Get a real OLine, real LBs who can tackle and cover, kicker and ST coach, TT has upside but we need a development guy and a decent back up QB. Rex gets one more year to get the D on track and to instill discipline and professionalism. He absolutely p*ssed away what should have been a playoff year.

It"a up there. Keep wondereing how Marrone and Schwartz could do worse. This is just billsh*t and we just deserve better.

I am so pissed right now my mind wandered to what this year would have been like with Marrone and Schwartz.

Same old Bills. When it matters most they lack discipline and the will to win. They just find a way to lose. This D is the one of the biggest disappoints I've had with team. I'll stop now before I make any absolute statements, but I am really pissed off at the team from top down.

Gosh, that's just great. I've been really concerned about the injuries piling up for the cheating bastards.

I am disgusted. Same old Bills is right. Stupid coaching decisions, horsesh*t OL, marginal QB play and a defense that dissappears when needed the most. And oh yeah, December games are meaningless once again.

The only time I want to see EJ play again is when we are up by 40 pts and he's in to hand the ball to our 4th string back or to kneel down.

Just disheartening. 52 years of following this team and I am disgusted. All the hype, I fell for it again.

Looks like the Jets had it right.

Poor defense, stupid penalties, bad Oline and below had QB'ing. New owner, new coaches, hundreds if millions invested --same old Bills.

Defense is lost and just bad. Still, I firmly believe we win this game with Cassel.
