    Whether he can or not, he's going to get another year. He says it's his last coaching job, he's got to change something up or he's finished. Maybe he can do a gut check, don't know. What I do know is that he's not going anywhere next year.

    Maybe we watched a different teams this year, and today! The right side of our line is awful in both run and pass protection. And btw, I didn't say the OLine was the biggest problem, you did. I just said we need to get a real OLine.

    Get a real OLine, real LBs who can tackle and cover, kicker and ST coach, TT has upside but we need a development guy and a decent back up QB. Rex gets one more year to get the D on track and to instill discipline and professionalism. He absolutely p*ssed away what should have been a playoff year.

    I am so pissed right now my mind wandered to what this year would have been like with Marrone and Schwartz.

    Same old Bills. When it matters most they lack discipline and the will to win. They just find a way to lose. This D is the one of the biggest disappoints I've had with team. I'll stop now before I make any absolute statements, but I am really pissed off at the team from top down.

    I am disgusted. Same old Bills is right. Stupid coaching decisions, horsesh*t OL, marginal QB play and a defense that dissappears when needed the most. And oh yeah, December games are meaningless once again.

    The only time I want to see EJ play again is when we are up by 40 pts and he's in to hand the ball to our 4th string back or to kneel down.

    Poor defense, stupid penalties, bad Oline and below had QB'ing. New owner, new coaches, hundreds if millions invested --same old Bills.

    Defense is lost and just bad. Still, I firmly believe we win this game with Cassel.

    This defensive scheme is awful. They are constantly confused and not ready when the offense snaps the ball. Rex can't figure out a hurry up offense? Rushes 3 all day? Can't believe I'm finally in the bring back Schwartz camp.

    I don't like this match up. If the offense can't string a few 1st downs together and keeps the 3-&-out futility going it's going to be a long afternoon. I agree with Dorkington, TT has to make better reads and hit the open receiver and not wait until the second half to do so.

    Tyrod was brutal most of the day, no sugar coating it. Missing open receivers, and a wide open Woods on the second to last possession. But he's gutsy, resilient and can be accurate. I just don't get why GR doesn't let him be who he is. He's effective on the move so stop waiting for half a game to let him do it.

    I was there for Byrd's rook year. 4 games in you just forgot he was a rookie. Solid and smart. Sestak could play today. 6'4 or 5", 270 pounds and unblockable at times.

    You have to call it as it is. This was a pathetic effort and an inexcusable loss. Every year we see 8 in the box and run into it over and over. The 3-and-outs were ridiculous. And a billion dollar Dline can't pressure against a banged up OLine?This is a .500 team, just like our record says. I hate to say it, same old Bills.

    We overpaid for a DLine that has more hype than pressure. It seems like this is a great D until we run into a good quarterback.
