    It would be nice to get players that you're going to drop tens of millions of dollars on to not to be doing doobies and getting suspended for half the damn season. Character has a big role here.

    Doug did a lot of good things as well. I just hope whoever they bring in is not going to be second fiddle to a coach. That said, I do like the change of direction this organization has been on the past few months.

    Well, in the Bills universe maybe we got a FQB and the rest of the picks will go all-pro! Wow, after 52 years following this team, I can't stop dreaming.

    A Extra first rounder next year, three likely starters in key need areas, some ST help and Peterman could be a gem. I really don't know what else you would want.

    So you mean TT is inaccurate on some of basic important, but normal throws a successful NFL QB needs to make to win games. Then we agree. Limiting our passing game to half the field and a handful of routes is why we are the 190 yard passing yards per game dynamo we are. I am just not going to celebrate accuracy ratings based on short sideline passes.

    Sorry, it is. I have no idea what games you have been watching. Receivers seldom if ever have the ball for an easy catch. Slants are brutal and behind the receiver, and over the middle just never happens. He can throw a nice deep ball, but we didn't see a lot of that last year.

    Sorry, you are off. Your post is as inaccurate as TT is. He is just not accurate, and cannot anticipate a receiver beeak to save his life.

    What drugs have you been taking? TT is brutal accuracy-wise. He consistently puts receivers in harm way with bad ball placement or misses them entirely. Below average accuracy is kind.

    Peterman will be our #2 QB in short order. Smart, accurate and mature. Not a big arm but I am anxious to see him play. If his ceiling us Frank Reich, we got a steal in the 5th round.

    This team got better when Rex Ryan was shown the door. If our defense would have played at the level before Rex blew it up, we would have made the playoffs the last two years. The QB comes next year. This year we're putting the roots down for a solid team. There is no Magic Bullet.

    White will be as good as SG for a fraction of the cost for years. SG just wasn't worth the $ to the Bills at this time. Too many other holes to fill. No sting, just life in the NFL.

    That's just stupid talk. This is the modern NFL, players are going to come and go cost too much, excetera excetera. This is just this how the game works. This is a great draft so far.

    Damn, Leroi. Steep price, conflicted. We desperately need a receiver and this kid looks great. I had hoped we were going to get him by night's end. Would have been great though they have four starters after two days.

    You bet. Gonna be interesting. I'd move down for another 2nd rounder, more if we get into the high teens. I'm heading to B'lo tonight for the Bills draft bash.

    True. New world possibly with Coach McD. I was reacting the statenent made by a poster saying "there's no FQB in this draft." We've heard that a lot from the Bills.And yep, we drafted EJ & Cardale. A bust and a project. Maybe the argument will become less about us drafting QBs to making better decisions on the QBs we draft.
