  1. And that's about it. It's a side show now. The bandwagon is overloaded and soon those who stand when everybody else is kneeling will be the new cool. How about all the socially conscious millionaires just play ball.
  2. I loved that spin move he made on an inside rush. He's smart and used his opportunity wisely. He's a great role model that young players would be wise to emulate. We're he here earlier in his career, he'd be wall material.
  3. Why all the fuss about a bunch of spoiled millionaires jumping on bandwagon? I couldn't care less what these guys think of anything other then their jobs. That said, Hughes comments were reaonsable as was Kelly's. Once all the patronizing and "me toos" subside the guys should think about what brought them to a stadium packed with thousands of people and is broadcast to millions - football.
  4. Wow, you need to get off the inferiority complex train. Ice is good folk. And given our record against the Pack, he is hardly being patronizing. We own them at home.
  5. You bet. I want to him in there firing on all cylinders. That front 4 would be fierce
  6. Gonna be tough in Atlanta. There have been holes in the zone coverage land Ryan can find them. Maybe they hang 28 on us but choke again.
  7. Seems so. Still I expected about 4 holding calls on Dion that thankfully never occurred. Miller is a beast, though suspect in his sportsman-like conduct.
  8. Agree. On that one 4 play TD drive TT actually threw with anticipation and patience. Had to rub my eyes!
  9. Blah, blah. Focus on football is their job. Coulda won by 14 points if they had their heads on right.
  10. Didn't hear Dion Dawkins name much. Given that D, the rook did ok.
  11. Tradavious really grew this game. Our corners are looking solid.
  12. Oh, the folks who predicted doom with the loss of Gilmore and Darby, plus two new safties, have to get out some tabasco as well.
  13. TT played well. He does this every week and we just may have a season.
  14. And tere is the areogance of the left and the force behind the death of free speech at Berkely. Extreme in responding to the right's extreme. Maybe if we all stopped living on the extreme it'd be a better world. In this case, Trump voiced his opinion only, not law. You voice yours however you want, but it be nice if both sides responded with civility.
  15. I'll assume you're being sarcastic. I am not going to reiterate my previous judgement on Sammy - that he can't stay healthy - about this setback. Concussions are not to be scoffed at. I hope it's not going to be long term for him.
  16. If he turns it around he's a beast. Big hole to fill.
  17. Bush took far more days than Obama. It's hard to calculate Bush's because he spent almost all of it on his Ranch. It's easier to track Obama because he want to Vacation Resorts, hotels, golf resorts, security to shut down streets all of that it's easier to record. here's a link. http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/politics-government/white-house/article86181742.html
  18. I despise ignorance. And I have found enough of it from both right and left wingers. I tell both I disagree with them and why. Then I just hang with those who can respect discussion and reason, even if we disagree.
  19. Not the time, the cost and burden on locations. Bush vacay'd at his ranch. Trump to his properties. Obama dropped $85 million on vacations and virtually shut down Matha's Vineyard and large areas of Hawaii each tine. A perk of being pres to be sure but not great optics. $85 mil is a lot of coin.
  20. As opposed to letting it sink and crash on it's own. The system is unsustainable. Healthcare is a disaster now and nobody seems to have a clue how to do it right. And that's on everybody.
  21. You mean like Berkely and other college campuses? Free speech is under assault by the Stalinists who run higher ED.
  22. Tough call. Trade him for a pick and there's another hole to fill, a big one. Right now he isn't doing jack. Got to let it ride the year I guess.
  23. Don't always agree with MAJ but this is the case. And in the short term it will suck. It the long view, if the draft works out next year, we'll be in a good place. For me I see discipline and a plan from the FO and coach for the 1st time in decades. I hope to see substantial improvement as the season progresses.
  24. Maybe Tyrod would throw to the middle of the field more if we painted our helmets cherry red.
