    They take back starters, players who will help you win ballgames, not back ups that will be a sideshow and a distraction. You're a coach, your job is on the line. Why take a guy who won't start and cause you all sorts of non-football grief. He had a job and a contract and walked. Good riddance.

    Expected Clay to go, DT made him expendable.

    DT showed speed, which we desperately need, along with the ability to separate and make some tough catches. If he and TT continue build on this game, we may have some WR passing threats yet. His vertical stretch is just going to help Shady and the run game.

    They are getting decent pressure and more importantly turnovers. I love this D hawking the ball. MD played pretty well yesterday. He had a lot of double teaming going on. If he continues to be motivated, it's only a matter of time before the sacks pick up.

    This team does feel different. McD pointing out the role players and going to the ultimate Bill in Kyle to close - shows savvy and understanding of how to build a culture. Shite, I wish Kyle were in his 20's. I want him to play forever.

    Reminds me of a lefty.....Tyrod. 6' 1", 218 lbs. Steve Young had 3 inches on him. That's not to say he is too small to play (see Wilson, Brees) but he's not your mike QB build.

    He's hard on himself but he never lets it get him down and always shows up for the next play. He doesn't hang his head. I really like this kid I think he's going to be a fantastic CB.
