I was pulling for us to draft him as well and happy we did. I don't want to play him yet but given a year for experience and get stronger with a NFL level training regimen, he could surprise and be #1 QB.
This. The OP is just throwing rocks in ponds to make ripples. Shaq is solid. So the criticism is that after four games, he's not Bruce or Reggie White - yet. Pathetic.
During TC, the practices I saw had Groy manhandling everything in front of him. Why he is on the bench while Vlad and Miller take turns flailing is beyond me. We paid big bucks to sign Groy, play him!
But this doesn't count as a thread comment, because I wasn't commenting to begin with. It's just another inner self discussion that somehow made it to a post.
Some day, I'm going to start my own TT thread. And it will be different from the other 2,340 TT threads. And TSW will respond with constructive and thoughtful conversation. It can happen...can't it?
I agree. I was stunned at first with JWill being cut, but with him sitting on a PS it speaks to something else we don't know or something the rest of the league understands as well. Play Banyard and let's see what he can do.
True that. Based on his Brown's performance you'd think he'd be coordinator for life. Come to think about it, Marv's first HC gig was pretty meh as well.
I think there's a lot to this. Sammy is a great example. His production is meager and likely won't improve until there are more reps with Goff. Right now they are not on the same page.
You're obviously not understanding the thread. All of what you state is due to McD's ego - period. Get with the program and lose the rose colored Kool-aid...or what ever the McD-haters have decided anyone in the non-McD hater club does.
