  1. They are getting decent pressure and more importantly turnovers. I love this D hawking the ball. MD played pretty well yesterday. He had a lot of double teaming going on. If he continues to be motivated, it's only a matter of time before the sacks pick up.
  2. This team does feel different. McD pointing out the role players and going to the ultimate Bill in Kyle to close - shows savvy and understanding of how to build a culture. Shite, I wish Kyle were in his 20's. I want him to play forever.
  3. Seems so. I thought both Fitz or JW were good for a few picks so either would do.
  4. Reminds me of a lefty.....Tyrod. 6' 1", 218 lbs. Steve Young had 3 inches on him. That's not to say he is too small to play (see Wilson, Brees) but he's not your mike QB build.
  5. He's hard on himself but he never lets it get him down and always shows up for the next play. He doesn't hang his head. I really like this kid I think he's going to be a fantastic CB.
  6. DT was a surprise as has been Milano. He's undersized for a LB but plays flat out. Congrats on his first pick.
  7. Next week, he'll walk on coals or broken glass. He has a future as the Bills Mafia answer to Jackass.
  8. I think he had the most targets of any Bills receiver. After six games, he needs to get past the dropsies. So far, it seems that TT has faith in him, but that can wane if he doesn't step it up. At bottom, he's caught too many balls in college for me to believe he's not a legit #2 in the NFL. He needs a statement game soon.
  9. Exactly. JW has a huge ceiling and I'd take him in a NY minute. TT played well today but no need to dump on JW.
  10. Agree. That kid is the real deal. What a great pick.
  11. I know. Nothing affects me like this team. I've lost a job, smashed a car, got bad health news and was fairly calm all through it. (came out okay) But this team nearly kills me every week. And I've been following them since 1963. I should be on pacemaker by now.
  12. I have to agree. I also don't get the rookie HC argument. He's been on the sideline as a coordinator for years. Why the long leaning curve on how to handle the clock? Not coming away with points at the end of the half was unforgiveable. I'd imagine the coach would have underscored that point. That could have cost us the game.
  13. It's also a defense that creates turnovers. Outstanding in that regard. I just hope to Hell Poyer is okay and Gaines isn't long term. We're a much better D with those two on the field.
  14. Same here. TT actually leading a 4th quarter come from behind win is just the growth he needs to show. Liked the pass to Logan as well.
  15. Last g'damn play of the game. He's a guy we can't afford to lose. Sweet pass break up again today. And the last FN thing I want to hear is "next man up."
  16. The more I see of this blocking scheme, the more "Rex'ing up the offense" resonates. We don't have the players for Rico's scheme, so stop forcing it. Vlad sucks. I can't fathom why Groy isn't starting at guard.
  17. Yep. It's a pass he Can actually make. Well, there's that.
  18. Very cool. That take a special app? Well put. I agree. At the end of the day...this. It's not the coin, I just don't care to support Jerry and crew. So I don't. I don't click on BN links and anyone who doesn't want to pay BN, for whatever reason, don't click on the link. It shouldn't take a mega thread to figure that out.
  19. Always good to hear from you Ice. Pay no mind to the cheerio p*ssers. It's okay to B word about our sad QB line up of the past 20 years but I can live without the snark they are shoveling at you. The Pack is my NFC team and my best hope of grounding the Pats should they make it back to the SB. Wish it was Marcia under that LBer last week. Especially after study hall or on the bus home?
  20. Solid arguments. He needs to get paid NBA-like money.
