Over complicated passing game ,simpleton run game ,constantly in shotfun, not using playaction and failure to stay with up tempo means he needs to be replaced immediately. This Dabol offense doesnt have tom Brady. We need the Shanahan system AND let Josh be Josh and we will be unstoppable , we have John Elway , we now need his offense.

I agree with most of this but its not josh not taking the shorter stuff is that there are too many options to read. There is too much thinking involved for everyone and he ends up making the wrong decision. Its not reading each WR then going to the next its reading multiple options by that one WR then reading multiple options for the next and so on. That will slow any offense down. I would also like to see Isabella given a Beasley type roll .

there are too many possibilities for the WRs in the passing game and Josh and the WRs have to be on the same page to make it work. Basically the offense is too complex and need s to be simplified like they did for Tampa because they only had a few days to prepare. they need stay with the hurry up, more RPOs, play action and actually running the ball a little more.

When they said they went away from the hurry up because they wanted to try other offenses, i got my pitch fork out. if you watch cover 1 they show the flaws of Dorsey s offense in that he doesn't scheme players open and doesn't use plays to set up other plays latter in the game.
