Gilmores injury: out 6 to 8 weeks
Billshank Redemption replied to mrags's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
un!@#$ingbelievable. -
I just dont really get what stories you are referring to that you "broke". I wish you the best of luck with Foxsports/MSN but like other posters before me have said. You didnt really provide any new insight with any of your articles it was almost like you just combined 3 articles that would be written a day before and didn't really provide any in depth, groundbreaking stuff. The only reason people are saying that you were posting for your own benefit was because it was kind of true. Everytime I would see one of your posts on the wall you would basically ask a rhetorical question in the title and then post your article and get us to read something we had already looked at a dozen times by the time it was out. You had some great contributions to the shout box but thats just my 2 cents, not trying to ruffle feathers.

Worst SuperBowl Winning team
Billshank Redemption replied to Homey D. Clown's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with the colts. I remember they had like the 31st ranked defense or something just pitiful like that. Manning just plain and simple put the team on his back. -
EJ hurt knee according to BB.com

why even say something like this? -
I dont see them keeping B smith or 7 wideouts. I think they keep 6 with easley and hogan.

EJ hurt knee according to BB.com

I just keep hoping this isnt real but it is. I really dont see how this can be a good thing in any way shape or form but oh well. I really have high hopes for the kid and hope he can make a quick recovery. We can be a dangerous team with him in the lineup. -
the QB competition is over - EJ is your winner
Billshank Redemption replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was in favor of starting kolb before pre-season. Its been clear since the start of camp that EJ is the superior player right now and it is as simple as that. The dude just seems so calm to the point where I dont think it would hurt his development to start him day one. -
I like these games the most. ARIZONA CARDINALS Over 5.5 (+130) Under 5.5 (-150) ATLANTA FALCONS Over 10 (+110) Under 10 (-130) BUFFALO BILLS Over 6.5 (+115) Under 6.5 (-135) CAROLINA PANTHERS Over 7 (-110) Under 7 (-110) CINCINNATI BENGALS Over 8.5 (+110) Under 8.5 (-130) DALLAS COWBOYS Over 8.5 (+135) Under 8.5 (-155) DETROIT LIONS Over 7.5 (-110) Under 7.5 (-110) GREEN BAY PACKERS Over 10 (-110) Under 10 (-110) INDIANAPOLIS COLTS Over 8.5 (even) Under 8.5 (-120) JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS Over 5 (-130) Under 5 (+110) MINNESOTA VIKINGS Over 7.5 (-110) Under 7.5 (-110) NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS Over 11.5 (+115) Under 11.5 (-135) NEW YORK GIANTS Over 9 (even) Under 9 (-120) NEW YORK JETS Over 6.5 (-110) Under 6.5 (-110) OAKLAND RAIDERS Over 5.5 (+120) Under 5.5 (-140) SAN DIEGO CHARGERS Over 7.5 (+115) Under 7.5 (-135) SEATTLE SEAHAWKS Over 10.5 (-110) Under 10.5 (-110) ST. LOUIS RAMS Over 7.5 (+120) Under 7.5 (-140) TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS Over 7.5 (-140) Under 7.5 (+120) TENNESSEE TITANS Over 6.5 (-110) Under 6.5 (-110) WASHINGTON REDSKINS Over 8 (-110) Under 8 (-110) I feel like these are pretty decent odds here. Not many head scratchers even on this list. NFC west is tough because its so strong and most likely one of the teams will falter. Bills/Panthers were the hardest for me on these ones.

Bills ranked 29 out of 32 in new poll
Billshank Redemption replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
honestly until we are playing meaningful games in december, none of this will matter, besides the jets, titans, raiders, jags, and maybe the chargers I cant say I would put us higher on there. Keep in mind its preseason we have a bunch of skill players who have never played a down etc etc. Lets get it done on the field when it matters. -

do you think you could throw us a depth chart of your own based on your observations? -
Current odds have EJ winning at +2000 A.K.A 20/1. Geno Smith is 12/1, Montee Ball is leading at 5/1 and Woods is higher than Manuel at 18/1

vegas has us over/under 6.5 games I feel like someone always posts this and has no idea what they are talking about.

I would just rather trade byrd for albert at this point, have him play LT, glenn at LG, and then hariston when he is healthy at RT.

Yea I think that Sanders needs to be bumped. DaRick I have to believe is just to motivate him, he has mental mistakes but he is bar none the most talented wideout on this roster. Brad Smith is a joke if he makes the team I will be furious. Hoping that Gragg will move up as well. I think its fairly good besides that. -

Astro-Notes: July 31 Practice
Billshank Redemption replied to Astrobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They did alright, Choice had a nice pickup when Brooks came from the slot and I believe Freddy had a nice chip also. There was a free man rushing virtually every play which forced the QB to make quick decisions but also left openings. Continuing on that, when playing man, Gilmore is so good he is able to take whomever he is covering out of the play which really gives way to make the blitzing work. I have gone to camp for 10 straight years and even Clements (although I was younger) doesn't really hold a candle to him. He is special and he gives 100% every play. Another thing like people were talking about was just the speed of practice, it was so fast pace with the coaches constantly yelling for them to go faster. There was a drill at the beginning of practice where they lined up at the 25, they would run a play and then every player would spring the 25 yds to the end zone, then they would quickly line up, run another 25 yard play, and everyone would sprint back to the 25. It was really cool.
