Inmates can get answers quickly.... The medical department can have the answer, but cannot give it to you... Just the legal side alone can take forever... In PA- inmates seriously have more rights than employees... They are held accountable for very little, bc the answer is always "Ahhhh, c'mon... Their inmates". It totally blows my mind!
