Its a defense because he clearly did not rape her. Two drunk people having sex is how a great percentage of people in Buffalo America were conceived.
Fixed - but agreed on the general statement.
I'd take Ben over the QBs we have any day.
-
Here's my first round complaint: I'm missing it! Got called to work a show tonight; I'll be waist deep in XLR cables and sub snakes when the Bills are on the clock. Arg.
-
Seriously, we have been waiting 4 months for the draft, and now we're 30 seconds away from hearing Roger Goodell say the name, and .....BOOM....they show Aaron Maybin crying on his cell phone.
Kind of anti-climatic.
Doesn't bother me at all. Well, aside from the fact that it's Aaron Maybin.

Edwards is a future HOFer
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Oh wait...were you serious?

in case any of you chefs, or wanna be chefs want to apply.

If I told you now, it wouldn't be a surprise.

What does "just sayin" mean? I hate it.
Is it really that hard to figure out?
It means he's simply posting information for you to interpret however you like. He's not suggesting agreement or disagreement with the article - he's just offering another point of view, and making it clear that he's only offering it for people to debate.
-
nope
The more you say it's not funny, the funnier it gets.

What the hell is this - an online picture book?

In my opinion here is one of the Bills War Room Hot Lists for thier first pick including a trade with the New York Giants.....
1.QB Bradford
2.DT Suh
3.DT McCoy
4.OT Okung
5.OT Williams
6.RB Spiller
7.MLB McClain
8.OT Bulaga
9.DE Morgan
10. QB Clausen
11.NT Williams
12.OLB Graham
13.OLB Hughes
14.OLB Kindle
15.QB Tebow if their is a trade with New York... Bills would use the extra pick to trade up into the latter part of round one.
Players they will not draft, for they do not need help in these areas.... There could be a trade down however.
CB Haden
S Berry
OT Davis
S Thomas
New York Giants are hot after MLB McClain... They may trade up for him with the Bills if he is available. Giving the Bills their 1st and 2nd round picks...
I do believe however the Bills would like to draft McClain themselves if RB Stiller is already off the Boards along with OT Williams and maybe OT Bulaga...
There is no way to know what the Bills will do until it is their turn to pick and then you only have 50 50 chance of picking the right player......
Chanches of them taking QB Clausen...very little in my opinion.....
Why would they have Bradford on the list? He'll be long gone before they're even on the clock...
-
I'm guessing Tebow won't be there at 41. I don't know who's going to pick him up; but I see him being taken before that.
-
Absolutely not. Sending a talented 23 year old power back to a division rival in his prime? No thanks. Not worth the second round pick. Not even close.
This.

The Bills are the obvious fit
Why? Because misery loves company?
-
Let's draft him!
Just make sure we give him #5. A lot of jerseys that won't have to be thrown out for a couple more years
-
Right...cuz, you know, we never talk about how good Lindell is...
*cough*
-
I'm OPEN to any of them starting.
OPEN doesn't mean anything right now, other than "no one has been given the job". Every team, every year, should be open to anyone on the roster getting a starting spot. One good season shouldn't guarantee someone that they have the job next year; you never know what kind of skill the second stringer has unless you fully evaluate them.
-
That's not what he was talking about. He was talking about the concept of stadiums becoming obsolete in only 30-40 years.
I stand by my statement. If it ends with an implosion, then yes, 30-40 years for a stadium is plenty. Hell, make it ten years
-
does anyone else think that this is so excessive and unnecessary? The G.D. thing was built like yesterday
are we going to have to tear down HSBC Arena soon?
Spoken like someone who's never stood 1500 feet from an imploding building. Yes...these things are ALWAYS necessary. The $25 parking charge is a load of ****, though.

If you are able to get online I'm sure some of the internet broadcast sites (Justin.tv, ustream, channelsurfing) will have links to watch ESPN or NFL Network. I would also guess that ESPN3.com will stream, assuming your internet provider has access to it (I have access via AT&T DSL).
Guess what else I don't get here?
Yep...ESPN3 is unavailable. The sole broadband provider at my apartment is Clear - a really ****ty wireless option that works great when it actually works...but kind of breaks a lot. And it's possibly the only ISP in the country that ESPN 3 does not work with. Just tried it for the first time a couple of days ago, and it was a no-go.
As for smoking - the first club show I worked out here was like working in a smokestack. Did audio for the Sevendust show, and it was constant smoke from the 9am load-in until I finally had to take off at 10pm. I asked the other audio guys about the bar scene, and they said to expect smoke there as well, so I just haven't bothered.
And to whoever suggested the town may be named for it's geography, I'm going to go ahead and guess that's the case. Makes biking places a lot easier, at least...when the dust isn't blowing at 20-30mph.
-
Thanks for the tips, guys! I'll probably check the Buffalo broadcast first, just in case they make any breaks for local commentary, but I'll also look into streaming through the NFL or ESPN. I had thought about going to Lubbock (about 30 miles away) and finding a sports bar, but there's no smoking ban in Texas, and cigarette smoke always leaves me feeling like death for a couple of days after any prolonged exposure.
For whoever asked, I'm studying live sound reinforcement. In other words, when you go to a show and see massive speaker arrays - I'll be the guy who decides which speakers to bring to that show, where to put them, and how to get them all wired up to the power amps, crossovers, effects, etc, in the most efficient way possible. Oh yeah, and fix those things when they break.
-
Hell no. We already have three questionable QBs, why would we even THINK about adding a fourth?
-
You should move.
At my apartment, the only TV provider (other than OTA reception) is Charter, and their cheapest package that they quoted me is something like $45 a month. Yeah, no. And since I can't get Sunday Ticket, I don't even want to think about next season.
Can't move - going to school out here. It's $100,000 cheaper than the only other school with a similar program, so I've just gotta suck it up and deal with the idea that everyone should own a gun (or five), but no one should be allowed to buy beer. Bizarro town.
-
Where in Texas are you?
Levelland - a dry town about six hours from any city of note. It's a blast...*cough*
Edit - duh, didn't realize you're in Texas. From Houston, I'm about 10 hours NW.

Hey gang!
With draft day just a couple weeks away, I'm starting to wonder...what's my best bet for listening to - or even watching - the draft this year? I don't have cable or satellite, and the only radio I currently have is the one in my car. So...any place to listen to it online? I listened to it on an AM radio back in Rochester a few years ago, but with the new prime time layout, I'm not sure if they're still covering it. Any advice?
Go Bills!

I'll pass on the sloppy seconds.
Trade for a decent QB, or train the three you've got now and look for one from next year's draft class if you can't whip the current roster into shape.
