Why in the world would you want to keep Poz ??? He isn't a starting LB on any team in the NFL.

The Bills can get rid of every LB on the team. They don't have one good one among the whole team . Poz is not worth keeping around!!!! LB is the weakest part of the defense and it shows week in and week out. Poz can't cover anyone, he can't shed blocks, and if he does make a tackle it is 10 to 15 yards down the field.

Who was going to give up anything better than that for a RB who is one strike away from being suspended for an entire season? Two picks for a player who would be gone for nothing after this season!

The problem with TD was that he didn't want to hire a HC that could possibly become more popular and powerful than he was in the organization, like what happened to him in Pittsburgh.

If KC started out the season with the same schedule the Bills had they would be 0 - 3 also!

Over the last ten years, what has the team done to give us any hope? It has been the same thing year in and year out. The marketing team of the Bills pumps the fans up with expectations of a competitive team only to be out of it by week 5. This is why so many people are speaking negative. If the Bills start winning then it all goes away.

No way we start off 5-0 or 4-1. We will be lucky if we are 1-4 before the bye week.

We needed a true starting DE the past couple of years. This year is no different!!

He just needs to go!!!! We will never go anywhere with him on the team. He is a good situational pass rusher at best and costs too much money!!!! It is too late to move him to OLB . Move on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well over the past 10 years they have gone after big named guys such as Bledsoe and Spikes to name a few and that hasn't gotten them anywhere close to a contender. The problem with the Bills has been that the previous front office management didn't have any clue on how to build a solid team through the draft. They were masters of marketing and making us think year in and year out we had a good chance to go somewhere. They listened too much to outside influence when making certain decisions and we see where this got them. I'm not saying this FO is anything to brag about but there certainly isn't anyone in FA that you could buid a team around and I am glad they aren't getting guys just to make us feel good until the 2nd game of the season, like in the past.

You are correct that the Bills have no foundation in place to start with but you are not going to build it through FA. You need to draft correctly, which the old management hasn't , and fill in the pieces with FA's. I don't think the Bills sign guys and overpay them just to fill spots. I think they believe they will help the team. We will not know until after next season.

I guess based on everyone's thinking that you can't get good players from crappy teams, the Saints were stupid for getting Greer. The Bills suck and didn't bring him back. Why get him. Why should the Pats look at Reed? He was on a crappy Bills team.

Negative news get higher ratings than positive. Just look at all the negative news stories on every news cast. As for it being personal, not very professional.

That is why it seemed like every team ran for over 200 yds against the Bills every game. Also their scheme is no good!!!! Has never been !!!!

And when he finally does pass away and the team moves ,everyone is going to wish Ralph was still around and think he wasn't such a bad guy afterall for keeping them in Buffalo.

I feel that compared to the PC clueless whimps that were heading up the football operations for the Bills in the past, that Buddy is a breath of fresh air. It is yet to be seen how well he can build a football team ,but after yesterdays news confrence, I feel he is a guy that won't take crap from anyone and will do what he feels is necessary to build a winning team. He will not let the media dictate what should be done or kiss their rearends like others have. He will build a winning football team not just give us the marketing illusion that we have a winning football team.

The Bills should have never mentioned at any time after they let Dick go, that they were going to go after big name coaches. They got everyones hopes up, only to let us down. I think Chan is a good coach and will have more success here than the previous 3 coaches ,but compared to the names that were thrown around he seems like a let down. Not fair to him or us. I think he does have a staff in mind and will put it together quickly. At least i hope so.

Lynch has no trade value at the present time. He gets into too much trouble off the field and no team will give up anything for a guy who is near a full year suspension. I wouid not be surprised if we just dump him.

Agreed!! We need a QB and a true LT. If we get that we could win 3 or 4 more games. With that said, that is 3 or 4 more games against average teams . We need a QB a true LT and a good defensive front seven to compete with the good teams and go far into the platoffs. Not a easy task!!!
