    NFL Network said he is suspended and WON'T be eligible to return until November 14th. Not sure you can appeal a failed drug test, after you've failed one previously.

    Cut Ruvell now! As for Tim Toone, I can hear the chorus of "Toooooooone" already! Has a certain ring to it. I'll take him over Roscoe if he can learn to stay healthy. Tarzan can be our waterbug. Well you can't compare him to Al Toon, that's for sure!
