The Patriots Monday game was the home opener for N.E. and yes the NFL did gaurantee at least one non-Sunday game for all 32 teams. And yes, us the fans are extra, extra rowdy for home night games!

Some tidbits about 3rd jerseys....from uniwatch.com 1- NYG have a red 3rd jersey w/pic 2- Jax, Balt, Car &...ahem...Wash have black alternates 3- Rams no longer have gold pants, just 4 different blue/white top/bottom combos. 4. Miami's road white tops have 2-tone collar...UGLY w/pic 5. More alternates to be shown at draft. 6. Don't think Buffalo has alternate jersey in 2012.

I always liked Nike best anyways. Do all players HAVE to wear Nike shoes now? Can't find an answer.

Kinda liking the collar more now after seeing more images. Straight on it almost resembles the white "horns" on the charging buffalo logo. Still no word if we are getting a 3rd jersey, but I'll keep looking. I know Denver's 3rd is a blue top (possibly different helmet), Brian Orakpo tweeted that Wash's 3rd will be revealed closer to the draft and I heard from my buddy in PA that the Steelers are getting a 3rd that "pushes the envelope".

Wow...those collars are hideous. Looks like us and SD are the only ones with those white collars. Very ugly IMO.

For the most part, changes will be made not to the look but to the composition of the jerseys. The primary opportunity for creativity will come from the alternate uniforms, which teams may wear up to twice per year. The Steelers and Rams, at a minimum, are expected to make changes to their alternate looks.

I only asked if we are getting a 3rd jersey. I don't think they are messing with our home/aways except for the blue pants, which were TECHNICALLY from last year. I like that more teams are using alternate jerseys though. Just like the NHL.

Wouldn't mind blue top/white pant HOME; white top/blue pant AWAY & white tops and white bottoms w/60's standing buffalo helmet as our alt 3rd for snow conditions. I know the White Out vs New York ended poorly but the energy before that game was sick!

I know that PFT reported that Seattle is the only team this year that Nike is completely changing their look but after digging around the intranet, it appears other teams are doing minor changes too. New alternate 3rd unis for Pitt, Den, Carolina, St.L, Mia, SF & TB are the only ones I know of right now. Are we getting a 3rd? I know we got blue pants this year but I hope Nike doesn't fudge us over w/something stupid. Anyone have any inside scoop?
