Tyrod could have a huge game tonight without Chancellor and loaded fronts. Even without weapons, there will be opportunities for Taylor to attack them.
He's not Van Miller but I've grown to appreciate his calls. He has the passion and it doesn't seem forced.
When you got a town where RJ is God and Van was like your dad, JM is not in that conversation.
Agreed. I watched a lot of camp and he wasn't good any day I went but I will say that in preseason games he appeared have a strong arm and had the ability to thread the needle. Plus he has ideal size to play the position. No problems seeing over the grunts up front.
Crossing fingers...
Just what we need. Petty starts winning and the "why didn't we draft Bryce" threads begin. Hack must be really slow learning plays. He seemed like a sure fire lottery pick 3 yrs ago.
Carr right now has the positives from being a "gunslinger" and the positives from having a "quick" accurate arm, with little of the negative from those traits. INTs, indecision, etc.
And oh, he's athletic. Oaktown got lucky this time.
Not a expert but I think OLB's & DE's are the easiest to project and I know he was really highly regarded by Draft guys.
Not sure how much that would've been worth. Two 1sts & 6th?
