  1. Good luck the rest of the way yourself. You guys got a heck of an offense over there in Oakland. Mcfadden/Bush are gonna run over a lot of teams.
  2. this lol A neutral site for pointless bickering.
  3. haha yes thank you. It is beyond disturbing. I'm pretty sure he carries around a wallet sized photo of Brady with him and claims him as the son he never had.
  4. this watch any MNF game and Gruden gushes over everyone more so players who are playing well in the game
  5. In common sense terms No. The way he's been hyped on this board and you weren't a Bills fan or didn't follow the draft you'd think he was a top 10 pick than yeah one could consider him a "bust"
  6. I heard possible Marburg virus and he's being quarantined
  7. A opening drive td....on the road.... by a te.....On The Bills?!? GTFO I DONT BILLIEVE IT.... LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!
  8. Than realize that over that span Johnson was only one of 10 other wr's to put up 20 catches and 200 yards but yeah "not on par" heh
  9. Fred Jackson always reminded me of Curtis Martin. Not the fastest guy isn't gonna get any 80 yard td runs , but he makes something outta nothing, gets tough yards, pretty reliable receiver outta the backfield, and good at blitz pickup, and is very easy to root for
  10. Lee Evans had a good first showing in Baltimore. He's a talented player. I don't think anyone disputes that. Just like it can't be disputed that he wasn't an efficent player for the Bills the past several seasons, and was playing second fiddle to TO and now Stevie Johnson, who are both better route runners than Evans . Evans said it himself the kind of qb Flacco is, is a lot like Bledsoe, so he'll get the ball down the field, where Evans can get after it, while Boldin works the over the middle stuff. Infact a lot like the Bills Evans 1st year with Eric Moulds. Wouldn't be shocked to see Evans put up close to 1000 yards and 7-9 tds. I also won't be surprised when Stevie continues to be the better all around receiver.
  11. Bummpity Bump Bump Bummpity Bump Bump Please do call in. We'd def be interested to hear any an all sides. Whether you just wanna vent on Roger Goodell, are a fan of Mike Vick, are anti vick, or feel that something screwy went on and just want answers. Also if you know any Bengal fans spread the word. Look forward to hearing from ya.
  12. I'm pretty sure they've been to 3 of the past 5 superbowls and won 2 of them. The only way they'd "surprise" me is by not making the playoffs
  13. Their defense is built to stop the pass in order to compete in their own division with dallas and the giants and in the playoffs against atl/gb/no. Their lb's are a joke then again when's the last time the eagles had good lbs? Their offense will average around 30pts per game consistently forcing teams to have to pas. They won't be involved in many 3 yards and a cloud of dust games
  14. All in All we did get our "future #1 receiver" in that Draft 7th 224 Buffalo Bills Johnson, Steve WR Kentucky SEC
  15. Not only that, but if ppl actually watched teams around the league other than the Bills, they'd realize Detroit has a pretty ****ty oline to begin with, and a very precarious tackle situation. It's one of the leading reasons Matt Stafford has not been able to stay healthy
  16. Right now I'd say David Nelson. Not saying he's gonna be as good as him, but he reminds me a lot of Vincent Jackson. Time will tell though
  17. Other than Priest Holmes show me 1 player the Ravens have let go that's performed at a high level elsewhere? I'll trust ozzie newsome on this one. The guy has a bad back, failed the raiders physical, and Pioli brings him to the chiefs. No offense to Pioli, but when it comes to player evaluations I tip my hat to Newsome.
  18. Because for us on a team that let's be honest isn't gonna be a superbowl contender, and probably at the very best may just sneak into a wc race (being optimistic) Shaun Ellis would be a waste of a roster spot, cutting off the progression of people like alex carrington, marcel dareus, and the other de's on our roster. Would be a waste of 1 year deal. Where as for the Pats who are a superbowl conttender is a much better fit for this season. Especially since they got rid of Ty Warren, and don't have a heck of a lot in the way of depth at defensive end.
  19. reclaim productivity? When has Shaun Ellis not been "productive"
  20. The last time Bills fans started complaining about the lack of big wr's we wasted a draft pick on James Hardy. Let's not start that again
  21. Sure if you never watched Shaun Ellis actually play. He may have been the biggest factor for the Jets in their playoff win this year vs NE. The guy was an integral part of their defense, ever since he was drafted back in 2000. For the Bills my reaction would've been "Well we're getting a heck of a player, but for a building team it comes at the expense of the progression of a lot of younger players that play the same position. Make no mistake though Shaun Ellis is a hell of a football player. There's really no debating it.
  22. Marcus Stroud was so valuable he was picked up by another team and than cut, and is a free agent but is a "key loss" on one of the worst defenses in the league the last few years, and considering he was playing a position he's not suited to play this matters why?
  23. Living in Jersey I watch the Giants quite frequently. While obviously Osi is a talented player with very quick feet and great closing speed I have reservations about him. If The Giants were trading say Justin Tuck for a 1st rd pick I'd be on that like white on rice regardless of potential draft spot. Again I feel Osi is good, but has been blessed to basically be the cleanup man for Strahan and now Tuck.
