I definitely agree. Rumor has it that the NFL is looking to set up a D league for the spring. It was rumored that they might buy the UFL and just use that. I bet that a good 25% of fans would watch it. It would be pretty much like the second half of a preseason game and those still get a lot of viewers. But the NFL never really makes too much sense IMO

After an hour of research, i finally found some spring leagues: Professional Indoor Football League; opening weekend is 3/10 Lone Star Football League; 3/31 Continental Indoor Football League; 3/10 if anyone cares...

balls. well even if games aren't televised, firstrow.tv is pretty good site for watching games. so I'm just looking for any football league, no matter how small. and football's the only sport I watch really. I might force myself to watch some hockey oh well, thanks anyways for posting

Does anyone know of any football to watch after the Super Bowl? The Arena Football League starts in March, and the CFL (given no other options, I might actually watch it) starts in June. The UFL was supposed to move to the spring, but I can't find anything on the schedule. This is the first football-less saturday and I'm going crazy. I don't know what I'll do once Sunday football is gone

i don't know why everyone goes crazy over the left tackle position. its like ever since The Blind Side came out thats all anyone can talk about to make it sound like they know football. Yeah, its important, and probably (remember centers) the most important position on the line, but i doubt its really a game breaker for a franchise. In todays game, I'd be much more concerned about getting a couple big time receivers

ya as far as i could see yahoo doesn't have anything. and it wouldn't be horrible to do it manually again, it just has been taking a lot of time with the amount of people growing
-
The last few years, I have organized a competition with my friends on who can guess the most playoff games right. With the number of people growing every year, I was looking to put it online so I don't have to manually keep track of everything. Yahoo has those things for college football bowl season and March Madness, but I haven't found anything with the NFL. Does anyone know a website? Thanks in advance

OFFICIAL BILLS vs TEBOWS GAMEDAY THREAD
rjg1993 replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
anyone know what they were chanting at the game? was it "Tebow Sucks?" -
gailey has been quoted many times as saying that the future of the game is with athletic quarterbacks. so maybe its not too far of a stretch for the bills to be that team that stretches in the first/second round for him

Im a buckeye fan so obviously im biased, but as far as ive seen from him this year, he is a monster of a lineman. Does he always make plays on every play of the game? No, last night was truly something special. he was in some other world last night. but he does have a way of getting his name called quite a lot throughout the year. BTW... great username. i kind of want to change my username to Captain Knots now.

yup i agree. im a highschooler in michigan and all my friends find it hilarious that i can name players that played before 2000. Apparently only people obsessed with football know who herman moore is in detroit. but on these boards everyone has a lot better knowledge of whats going on than even ESPN analysts. if i want a real breakdown of what happened in a game, i go to these boards.

The Trent situation was not handled well
rjg1993 replied to jahnyc's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
i dont care how it was handled. all that matters is hes gone and we are a better team for it. -
this is probably a dumb question, but i cant figure out what the logo is at the pats 50 yard line. its bugged me for years. is it a lighthouse or the stadium, or somehow the city skyline?

re-hired!
-
yup. so those that compiled that list just looked at the stats. and trent didnt do too bad stats wise. he had 90 some yards passing on a single drive. looks impressive until you realize miami was in prevent the whole drive. anyone could have done that. also, no interceptions. sweet! unless you watch the game and see three INTs flop right out of miami defenders hands. trent sucked, but to those that didnt watch the game, his stats make him look alright.

Which Bills QB is most popular amongst fans right now?
rjg1993 replied to MClem06's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
CHANGE! i dont care who is the starting qb, as long as we either get a new one, or completely revamp trent or fitz's style. anything is better than what we had to sit through last season -
Dolphins Owner says they are going to the Super Bowl
rjg1993 replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
hell ya. i personally have a huge problem with every bills team over the past 10 years saying their goal was to go to the playoffs. isnt the only goal that should matter is a SB victory. i havent heard a bill mutter the word SuperBowl in forever. lets have some f***in attitude for once. they should be going balls out for the superbowl every year, not trying to slowly progress toward a wildcard spot. name one team that won a superbowl quietly and progressively over many years. sure its happened, but i can name a whole lot more that rose to supremacy in one or two years.
