$27.5 million will be paid to him if we keep him. That amount is paid to decent STARTING QBs in the league. He is NOT. Great back-up, but no STARTER. Unfortunately he is not nor will be our answer to get back to the playoff promise land. Cut him, fire Rex and crew along with or GM. Painful but we have to get back to a point to build on. Currently we have no studs besides McCoy and maybe Watkins (when healthy)

After 18 years of high draft picks, how would you rank these three teams?

With another lost season why not? A higher draft pick could yield a QB. EJ could shock us (most likely not) or we let Jones throw it around. Bottom line, if the Bills keep Tyrod next year and his owed $27.5M salary we will never see the playoffs again for another 18 years. It's bad enough we are paying an outrageous amount for a defensive line that isn't on the field. They unfortunately need to hit the reset button on a lot of position, coaches, and GM. Are we worse then Detroit or Cleveland?

Tyrod is pathetic. He showed us what a ok backup looks like. He will never be a good starter in this league. I say either let EJ play the remainder of the season or let's see what Jones has to offer. What do we have to lose? Earn a better draft pick position? Plus he is owed $27.5m next season. Not worth a quarter of that!

I am leaning towards the comet. Lots of holes to fill and question marks with some our high priced players. Hoping for the best for our team and town but I am not sure. Especially this year. Thoughts?

The environment was fan friendly. I will be honest, I didn't know what to expect from a game in LA. The Rams fans were great. They are extremely happy to have football back after 20 years. After 16 years being kick in the sac......why not? I think he did ok in Dallas and New Orleans. I don't think it can get worse. Let's see what this thread is saying a year from now. The point is we are mediocre again this year....Defense looked better but still too many stupid penalties. The offense and the play calling are horrible. Taylor looked lost out there tonight and where in the hell was the two minute drill. Doesn't everyone practice that? For all the people on here making excuses there is no rational for 16 years of terrible football. Fans demand a better effort and want are starving for a playoff game. Come on Bills! Nick Foles noticable got better as he had a few starts under his belt. Not to mention his arm and accuracy was awesome. Not a bad price to pay for a starter. Any thoughts? Hell, throw in Fitz as well......

Visanthe Shiancoe is a huge TE that can block, catch, and run. I think the Bills should consider this guy if the price is right. Any thought?
