I actually apologize. I should not have used that tone. I should offer helpful suggestions to improve your viewing and analysis (IF you desire). Its not about being a homer. Its actually looking at metrics and film to support or disprove original looks and opinions. The metrics and film DO SHOW Groot and Oliver being absolute game wreckers. I won't argue about it because it is literal fact. It isnt my opinion, it's shown in the metrics and film. Some good places to start, again, if you desire...DVOA, the folks over at Cover 1 (website and twitter) and Joe Marino's podcast Locked On Bills. Go Bills! Also....yes a lot of my takes on our picks are somewhat based off projections. Thats how you should view 1st/2nd year players. Especially those taken in later rounds. Example, Taron Johnson. 4th round pick in 2018. If we talked about him in 2020 I would guess you would say hes a JAG. Look at him now. One of the absolute best slot corners in the league. We have to project these guys and say "Beane might have hit another one out of park". Sure there are some picks that the jury is way out on (Basham as a 2nd rounder, Bernard this year, etc.). But there is ALOT of starting production being fielded on the best graded team in football that Beane drafted and our staff developed.

Edmunds is a stud, if your still arguing he isnt one of the best LBs in football...then I dunno what to tell you. Agree to disagree (but you are wrong lol). Groot is great. All metrics show him as a top DE in football. Ill take a JAG who gets 8 sacks a year as a rotational player. Oliver is a game changer. Again, dont know what to tell you. Actually...I dont even know why I responded to this. It is obvious that you are a casual fan who looks at box scores and must not watch football/listen to those who study film league wide. Good day to you and GO BILLS!

Superstar QB, pro bowl MLB, starting RB for next year, starting slot/#2 WR for next year, possible starting RT, great DE (Groot), starting slot CB (arguably top 3 in league), two rotational DEs, starting dominant DT, probable starting CB next year, starting TE... Some people expect GMs to hit EVERY SINGLE draft pick..thats not realistic. We have a ***** ton of drafted impact starters on this team. What more do you want from this GM?

Just a couple points to the bolded... Drop rate is more significant than catch rate, and Davis's is terrible at 14% dropped (that means catchable balls that he has dropped, this should be under 10% for sure). He is hurting us. Shakir is getting lots of reps, just not lots of targets from Josh. He is seeing the field and running routes, just not being thrown to for whatever reason. Not disagreeing with anything, or agreeing, just adding context.

Potential decision made for Championship Game location
PaattMaann replied to Ra-cha-cha's topic in The Stadium Wall
they literally CAN'T. They already have another event booked and the teams have hotels/fans and family have hotels booked. It isn't a choice. -
Question about the origins of The Bills Maffia
PaattMaann replied to Coldfronts's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills Mafia origin https://www.yahoo.com/news/bills-mafia-became-thing-223221447.html It started as a charitable idea, and spreading positivity and good will. I love the Mafia. Its the best fanbase nickname out there. If you don't like it, it's likely because your past your midlife crisis, balding, overweight and dont like kids on your lawn. -
the Jets have most certainly not checked out. They are in it this week to beat the dolphins for sure. Their comments and their coaches comments have told me. Flacco is their best QB, lots of weapons, Great defense. The dolphins suck without Tua. Yes I think the Jets have a more than legit chance at beating the dolphins. Apparently Vegas thinks the Jets have a legit chance too.

Updated scenario for scheduling to be voted on Friday
PaattMaann replied to The 9 Isles's topic in The Stadium Wall
I've been reading on here and on twitter all of the scenarios all week long and nothing even remotely comes close to the fairness of this solution. Got a better idea? -
Updated scenario for scheduling to be voted on Friday
PaattMaann replied to The 9 Isles's topic in The Stadium Wall
vote against what, and why? The scenario of neutral site is the best possible outcome out there for all involved. Why would WE want to vote against this? There isn't a better alternative. All things considered with this crazy, unfortunate, freak situation...if the Raiders can upset the Chiefs and we take care of business Sunday then we get the 1 seed and homefield throughout. A very realistic situation. -
Good for you. Your opinion, and mine, mean nothing. There was no result of the game so we have literally no idea what would have happened. That is my only point to your silly post. "cincy was going to blow our doors off". We got beat by more than one score exactly once in two seasons lol. Have a good day and Go Bills!

Kinda like the Bears were gonna the week before when they scored on their first drive and were beating us 10-6 at half? Get outta here. Our defense is notorious for giving up a TD and yards early and adjusting and clamping down. Could this have been different? MAYBE. Could this have been the same as we've seen all season? I'd bet on that. There is a reason they play 4 quarters of football.

literally all the advanced stats disagree with you lol The season has been a nightmare and we are STILL the #1 seed (or at worst, division champs at 13-3/12-4 and hosting a playoff game). I'd say our chances at a super bowl are better than most.
