  1. one name I've never seen NGU bring up is Tebow...correct me if I'm wrong.
  2. for those that don't do board searches, the last thing he mentioned was something like: They'll move lynch if they can...not sure if that will happen. They like Dan Williams They like CJ Spiller They DON'T like Clausen Only QB they'd take at #9 is Sammy Boy
  3. even if the Rams pass on him, they would essentially be giving the Lions a pot of gold because a team WILL trade up to #2 to get Bradford...and the Lions would happily take extra picks.
  4. I have a hard time believing lynch can garner a 2nd round pick in return...
  5. I highly doubt we're going to get inside information prior to the draft. Too much can change in the blink of an eye with trades, etc. Too many variables. He's already told us who OBD likes and has given us the nugget of "only Bradford." I'm much more interested in seeing his posts as training camp and the season roll on. That's when we'll *maybe* get some special info.
  6. So unless my brood consists of no-neck linebackers, my kids are not allowed to go to Clemson. If you can breeze through that school while playing a varsity sport in 3.5 years and then drop a 10 on the wonderlic? wow.
  7. could go down as the worst free agent signing in the history of sport.
  8. Is there a QB out there coming out of college that Gruden says he doesn't like?
  9. There seems to be only one who has real "inside" knowledge around here and he's been off the radar for a while. I'm sure he'll pop up when there's something to report...
  10. this is the 2010's...both. It's not that difficult.
  11. Russ wass smart enough to know to get out of the way on draft day (I have to think). Jauron probably had more say on players.
  12. let the yawns begin
  13. seriously research that name on this board...particularly on or around Jan 14th.
  14. Although if Jimmy is there it could be a great trade down opportunity...Nix needs picks.
  15. have no fear, believe what nevergiveup says: No way to Jimmy.
  16. I'm not a true Peters guy but regardless of the numbers he still would have been better than the crew that played LT last year. Perhaps the worst part of the ordeal was what it told the other players on the Bills. Sure they paid Lee Evans "market" value, but what did they do to the only Pro Bowler they've had other than the punter? Whether the Pro Bowl nods were deserved or not, trading essentially a franchise tackle in the prime of their career doesn't make players think your franchise is committed to winning...imo of course. And now they're going to have to spend the #9 on an LT...
  17. you know, he does get a lot more camera time on the sidelines than any active player...
  18. As of today, who is the face of our beloved Bills? (player) I am hard pressed to put a finger on who that may be. Byrd isn't there nor is Evans...is it really Freddy Jackson? If we're lucky maybe he will come in the draft.
  19. It's nice to see the face of the franchise back for 2010.
  20. I wasn't either on the RB rankings because it's not (at least today) a "need." It def looks like he's a first rounder though. So they'd have to trade down or get back into the first round to pick him up. Of course they need to move lynch first.
  21. If they move Marshawn for a 3rd then I can see them taking CJ in the second. Bulaga CJ Spiller Tebow (not advocating but it could happen) Oline
  22. nevergiveup has him listed as a dark horse...he's got very good intel.
  23. I think you're just wanting to miss the point. You either wait until next year or lock on to a guy that is NFL ready in terms of size and throwing ability. Maybe that's Jevan Snead, I don't know. But Tebow is the biggest project of all.
  24. as the great Dick Jauron once said, "It's hard to win in this league." It will be extra hard with a project at QB with questionable mechanics in the AFC East regardless of his will.
