  1. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Dareus has zero strikes left, right? One missed or failed test will have him out for 16 games - with pay. It's virtually impossible for the Bills to get out from under his deal or trade him so that narrative needs to stop, at least for now. This year will tell us all we need to know about Dareus imo.
  2. Tyrod: 15 Fitz: 48 Losman: 31 Trent: 31 Bledsoe: 36 EJ: 28
  3. Not for nothing, but he was 3rd in the league in sacks last year...on a defense that had a hard time making sure 11 guys were on the field.
  4. If Sam Darnold (1) comes out of school after next season, and (2) is the second coming of Bom Trady, then I'd be OK with a tank.
  5. Are we really at the point where we think a player is leaving or being cut because he thanked a city after a signing event? Go home internet, you're drunk.
  6. It's their team and Doug Whaley has to be on thin ice after the last month or so. I know he got an extension but the pegulas may be trying to figure out if he's actually a fraud.
  7. We are more likely to do this than make the playoffs...even though Whaley thinks 'we're close.'
  8. I personally put the odd of Gilmore leaving at 70%. Even if they figure out a way to keep him, probably looking at two young safeties.
  9. He shouldn't be declared a saint yet. In order to officially become one, you need to perform two, verified miracles. Gotta get Jax to 9-7, and then he can be formally known as a saint.
  10. Then he lost Josh Norman and had to play young guys in the secondary. Exactly what he'll have to do here.
  11. Aside from the new development in the hiring 'process,' I think the issue Whaley is going to end up getting the boot for is his choice of words at the presser. No, it's not about being 'privy,' but saying - twice - that he thinks the Bills are close. If he has the Pegulas sold on that idea, then it could be Doug's last year at OBD. You have a new coach to hire, a few key pieces about to test free agency, a possible retirement or two and a question mark at the most important position on the team...and you're close? This recipe seems more like 3-13 than 11-5.
  12. High likelihood I won't be physically able to get myself to watch until seeing/hearing reviews here. Even then not sure :/
  13. Bruce is in shape. Claiming he'd still be good for a multiple sack season in the NFL.
  14. Would love the 2009 Andre Johnson, but I don't think a time machine is available.
  15. I think DM made many dubious gameday decisions, but from afar he won nine games in Buffalo largely with the now retired Kyle Orton. That will turn heads.
  16. the only benefit of not having a franchise QB is that you can spend that $$ in other areas...Like DT and DE.
  17. "For the first time in history, a Ref was fined by the Commissioner for touching Tom Brady."
  18. This is true...and maybe it's a good thing that I'm actually sorta "down" after a win. When was the last time I can say that? It's been a decade probably.
