My prediction is we finish 11-6 and patriots finish 13-4. They probably only lose to Baltimore and us the second time but we’ll botch a couple more games along the way because of our amazing coaching staff. Best drafting organizations are the eagles, ravens and lions. Lions have been AMAZING since Holmes got there so find his #2 and bring him in. HC is harder but honestly I don’t think we can do much worse. We just need someone who can gameplan to Josh’s strengths. I’d be fine with bringing Daboll in but I’d love to give Lane Kiffin a shot. Dude is awesome on the offensive side of the ball and seems relaxed and a little more mature now if he was given a 2nd NFL HC gig. Him and Josh would be awesome together. Some other HC options I would kick the tires on are Curt Cignetti. I know he has no NFL experience and is older BUT this guy is a GREAT coach. Indiana shouldn’t be making the CFB playoffs. They’re a basketball school and this dude is putting up crazy offensive numbers his first 2 years coaching a real CFB program. Matt Nagy did horrible as a first time HC in Chicago with Trubisky but he’s been the KC offensive coordinator for years since and deserves another chance with a real NFL QB. I would love to poach a current HC like Lafleur or Dan Campbell but I don’t think it’s realistic.

Kromer should be interim HC starting this week. That gives Pegula and his brain trust time to get the best candidates in and honestly Kromer will do just as good if not better this year as the HC

First year as the HC of the patriots with a lesser overall roster (remember last year how bad they were and how everyone said they needed alot to rebuild…they were 4-13!) and he’s going to win the division and go farther than the Bills who have the best QB in the league and same coaching staff for 8 years. That’s impressive Beane and McD will always have each others back imo. That’s the ONLY reason there has been no change. And Pegula imo doesn’t care as long as we keep making the playoffs. Wish Kim was calling the shots I bet we’d see a change

I said cancer and it’s because they’re sucking the life out of Josh. Like I’ve said before, every year with Beane and McD is groundhogs day. Bare minimum for the offense with retreads from other teams and the majority of our draft assets going towards the defense and being underwhelming either because of coaching or poor evaluation. It needs to be rooted out, the whole regime. Put Aaron Kromer in charge for the rest of the season I think we get as far or farther and then watch the crop of talented coaches signing up to coach the most talented QB in the league this offseason
