  1. I agree. I mentioned Goodwin in response to a comment that underplayed Moore's speed. It seems as if a player who doesn't run 4.39 or under are considered "slow" by some or unable to take the top off the D. I'm a Maryland and a Bucks fan (I don't watch their games against each other anymore. LoL) Moore can play all over the field.
  2. Roquan Smith. a three down, sideline to sideline LB with high end athletic ability, a history of production and, at times, dominance against the best competition in the country.
  3. Darnold might not be available and Rosen's injury history could give Beane pause. Rosen has missed time the past two seasons. He's not a stocky guy and he's not all that mobile either. He can and will operate from the pocket most times; and he is going to take shots from bigger, stronger, quicker defensive players. Not saying they shouldn't take him, but I can understand a GM questioning the investment it would take to move up to #2 for him. I could say the same for any of these QBs, which is why I'm not tied to any of them as the one the Bills must draft or they're "stupid" or if they draft "that guy" i'm out. I'm good with whatever QB because that will be who Beane and McD identified for whatever reason. At that point it's up to the coaches and the player to make it do what it do.
  4. He can impact all levels of the field. He's not Goodwin fast, but he can get behind the defense. Moore can impact all levels of the field. He's more than just an underneath guy.
  5. Moore has shown to be a better player, even with the often times, injury created, sub-par QB play. He can make plays at all levels of the field and plays with an attitude. He actually reminds me of Andre Reed.
  6. Beckham is a great player. He is a diva, but him with Brady's precision would be off the chain. Beckham turns short passes into long gains.
  7. I agree with Bucky, but we do need a QB. Beane will get one, but it comes down to the number of assets he's willing to part with. He could trade down from 22 and grab Rudolph or trade back into the first. Would be less expensive than trading into top 5 if they even can get a willing partner.
  8. The NFL is always taken by potential. Especially at the QB position. But I get it with Allen. IF he can put it together he's John Elway. He should be a 2nd round pick, but it is what is. I won't cry if the Bills draft him. All of these QB have flaws that make me think twice about them so to me they're all a dice roll, Rosen and Mayfield included.
  9. My thoughts are as long as the pitching staff stays healthy we're ok. And Andujar shouldn't have been sent down to 3A in the first place.
  10. Jim Kelly a 15. Dan Marino a 16. Donovan McNabb, I believe was a 14. Ryan Fitzpatrick and Greg McElroy did great on it. Want them? Kaepernick scored about 40. He's available. Does not matter.
  11. Your posts show me three things: Your comprehension is off. You are tied to the Wonderlic as an indicator when it's not. You don't watch Jackson play. 1. He is not a run first QB. He does not run at the first "sign of trouble" as you seem to need to believe. He stays in the pocket and tries to make the throws. Although he can and will run. 2. He has already stated he represents himself. Not his mother. He also stated why he is representing himself. What teams can't get hold of him? All teams who just saw him at his Pro Day? I wonder if there are a few teams that continue to want him to work out as a WR. Maybe he doesn't call them back? Maybe agents don't like a precedent being set for rookies to think about repping themselves and whisper to the media about "issues"?With money slotted by draft position it's not out of the realm of logic to represent one's self. Come draft time Jackson will probably be drafted mid to late first round same as he would have if he had an agent. Although he should just go on and run and do the other testing drills. 3. I never said I had Jackson above Allen. You said that. I said Jackson is more accomplished against a higher level of competition. That's not even a question. Allen's accuracy percentage is challenged in the same way Jackson's is, but against a consistently lower level of competition. That's another fact. It is also a fact Jackson's WR's had a high drop rate; higher than Allen's WR's by good percentage. Allen's qualifications are his physical make up, an otherworldly strong throwing arm and vast potential if he puts everything together. Those qualifications will put him high in the first round, but compared to Jackson's real accomplishments at the collegiate level, Allen is the affirmative action draftee. And I still wouldn't mind seeing him in a Bills uniform at all because he does have qualifications for the gig and they are enticing. What is hysterical is you talk about Jackson's completion percentage but ignore Allen's being lower. What is hysterical is you talk Wonderlic scores being an indicator of future success and ignore the fact that one of the greatest QBs in NFL history and the greatest QB in Bills franchise history scored 15 on the test. Please give your keyboard a rest.
  12. What does his Wonderlic score have to do with his play or what do the scores of Rudolph or Allen have to do with their play? Jackson won the Heisnan and was a finalist to win it again this past season. I did not see 99% of the other QBs in the draft up for the award. Jackson impacted games with his arm and his legs against a higher level of competition than Allen and in profoundly more dynamic ways than Rudolph. He's not my first choice, but I keep seeing some twist themselves in knots trying to discredit Jackson with misinformation or irrelevant information. It's actually weird. You know nothing of any of their intellects. You know what they scored on a test of random information; The scores do not make one intelligent per se or indicate any savvy in navigating a football field or life in general. Go get Fitz out of Tampa Bay. He scored 48 on the almighty Wonderlic. All those facts made his play so much better when he played for the Bills three teams ago. ?
  13. Camp doesn't start until late July. Johnson could be back. I would bet he is. He'll be cheap, knows the system and played okay.
  14. I'm good either way. They can stay put or trade up; the question is is Beane's guy a QB they need to trade up for? It's possible the usual suspects aren't his guys. I believe Darnold would be, but what if he digs Darnold and then Rudolph or Jackson after that?
  15. I disagree. He's a guy that, to me, is what he is compared to the other prospects. I think he's QB who will be steady depending on talent around him. I don't think he will be a bust or turn into a Hall of Famer. I could be wrong in the end, but that's my impression of him. Darnold has some project with him. You don't want him playing right away. Mayfield, I want to like more than I do. Love his passion for the game, but there's something that holds me back from buying all the way in.
  16. Then you only want Rosen or Rudolph?
  17. I have no idea who Beane likes. Will be interesting to see who Bills get if they do trade up. Rosen might be available at 4.
  18. Unless Allen is who the Jets like, in which case they aren't screwed. That is unless Allen is the QB the Bills also like and would take at #2.
  19. ?? ?? for Isaiah. That whatever the issue is/was he can heal and lead the life he wants to live.
  20. John Murphy and Donald Jones said on the show he has been at the facility every day up until a week or so ago. Said he looked good. Was rehabbing hard.
  21. Jackson has his flaws but he is not a "run first" QB. At all.
  22. Owning it is not what many of those types of people will do. They will duck, dodge and deny; hide behind their stated "reasons." Some of the most non-respectable, ignorant, useless people walking the earth. Anyway, here's to Beane and co. finding a QB they believe they can win with regardless of their ethnic background. If that's Rosen or Rudolph, cool. If that's Jackson, cool. WTF difference does it make?
  23. Who said the team that drafted two bust QBs recently, and signed two "bridge" QBs for upwards of 25 million, has anything figured out?
  24. Then it will be said they are cheap because they won't overpay in Free Agency.
