True, but you never know where the difference maker will come from. Antonio Brown was a 5th round pick too. Nobody thought he would be all that he turned out to be. Not saying it's likely, but it's possible. It's possible Zay Jones greatly improves. It's possible Benjamin stays healthy. I'm keeping an open mind. They might have what they need. We'll see in a few months.

If Allen plays well enough to beat out two other QB's for the job that means he's ready enough. He'll take his lumps as a young player, but McD has said from the start he is all about competition at every position; why should Allen be the exception? It's almost as if people don't believe what McD and Beane say when they say it. Allen is the "type" of QB Beane described last year when asked what a franchise QB is to him.

It could be the case that Beane's top 3 does not match the top 3 projected by fans or insiders.

I would not be shocked if Beane stayed put, but I believe he ultimately will trade up to 4-5-6 IF Darnold or Allen are available.

If Rosen is their guy they should feel good about taking him. He's talented. I'm not saying he's a statue, but movement is not his game. He is definitely a pocket passer and he isn't a big guy Like Allen. If he was Bills WB last season he would have had another concussion. The mobile guys are at risk too, no doubt, but they will avoid trouble Rosen won't be able to.

I know. I'm in SoCal. I've seen a lot of him and Darnold. It's why I like their games, but I'm not in love with either of them. And I agree, if he's their guy, whatever picks are left draft offensive linemen heavy or we will be screwed.

Not surprising. It is a concern bc he is a pocket passer. He's not going to avoid danger like a Jackson, Darnold, Mayfield or Allen. If the Bills picked him they better draft offensive lineman with other picks because it will be essential for Rosen Moreso than any other QB.

Eli's presence along with the unknown in Webb could be why Giants aren't going QB. The top QBs are better prospects than Webb was, but Webb is no longer a prospect; he's a guy who will be a young vet in the league, who has experience and knowledge of the game that this year's prospects dont have.
