  1. Same thing that's good about Green Bay weather or New England weather. Nothing. Nobody cares if you're winning.
  2. Weather? No. Losing for damn near two decades? Yes, yes, and yes.
  3. He's doing that to himself, and I would surmise this particular investigation is tied into the other investigations into Trump's businesses/charities. It's a puzzle piece not THE piece. Shady old fool can't keep his mouth shut. I hope he takes credit for his demise since he likes to take credit for everything else.
  4. Williams has actually been named All Pro in his career. Even coming off an injury, if he passes a team physical, there is no reason for him to take less than James.
  5. Williams has actually been named All-Pro during his career so I highly doubt it will be any less than what James got. Probably a bit more.
  6. Went to school in NYC And stayed for a few more years after graduation. LOVE that city. You can still have fun even without having bank account full of money. Can't beat the energy. It's not for every personality though.
  7. They'll be the same ones whining two or three years from now that Beane over payed for "x" player and now "x" player is eating up cap space. Does this board have a mute function?
  8. Gore played well last year. Don't count on him not making the squad.
  9. To get players "we" on the message board were hoping to get. Doesn't mean Beane wanted them.
  10. She is from North Carolina. ? Not that that means anything. ?
  11. Depends on when and where he gets his 700 yards. Do they move the chains? Are there touchdowns involved?? Zay Jones is young. Robert Foster is young. We have young. Obviously the Bills need more help. You sit over there and worry about how old the players are. Hopefully, Beane worries if a player can help or not.
  12. We want some damn wins. Can he play? Is so, that's all that matters. Rosters change yearly. Signing a vet does not preclude getting a young player as well. Plenty of young players on the Bills folks complain about daily.
  13. Perhaps Beane and co. already know they have an OG coming in the next couple days so they didn't need to make this particular trade. We shall see.
  14. If the Bills deal was already dead days before a report stating it was almost done, then logic would be saying publically it is "fake news". All that said, doesn't matter. Bills drill have a chance to get better in the next few days. Especially if they focus on O-line.
  15. Yep. That dude is one to follow. He usually has good info. And when he's wrong he'll usually own it. He said the Bills loved Allen last year. Said Bills are very interested in Paradis on his TL a few days back. Of course we all could guess that based on knowing what the the Bills need-- but if Allbright says mentions it on his TL I'd bet he knows something behind the scenes...
  16. You can do stuff other than "heathen" things, but come on man. Most people going there are not going for the midnight buffets. There are MANY negative things that can be said about anywhere. Whatever. I'm not a fan of Vegas, but I see why people would find it entertaining to a degree. I don't know if that town will support, continuously, an NFL team. It's an industry town, like L.A. is an industry town. It's not a sports town per se. When they first get there it will lit. 10 years from now? They better be winning.
  17. You didn't hear him say that. That's a fact. The only thing you got from AB directly is an Instagram that read "fake news" about the trade (which was true as the trade had been dead for a couple days by that point.) You just heard reports that he wouldn't show up which might or might not be accurate. $$$ talks. Reading Vic Carucci's story it seemed to me $$$ was the issue from Beane's side. And that's fine. Would have been cool to have AB. It will be cool to have all those picks and the players they will add in 72 hours. Bills will be alright.
  18. Shady. T.O. Probably a lot of players. His agency represents more than just the superstars.
  19. It's more unlikely than likely that AB winds up on the Bills. However, it's possible. From Carucci's article it seemed like the hold up wasn't Buffalo or the Bills. It was money. AB wants what he wants. Period. The other conjecture came from media types, and "sources" etc. AB has never said anything about the Bills or Buffalo. He jus said the trade report was "fake news" which as it turns out it was. The deal was already dead by the time the report was given by Rapoport. So, in that regard, it was "fake news." The hold up for AB and is $$$. The hold up for the Bills seems to be the $$$ AB wants in conjunction with the compensation the Steelers are wanting. No team, thus far, has been willing to meet both of those dynamics. If there was a team willing to do both the deal would have been made already. The Steelers will have to come down off whatever their compensation demands are. AB might have to come down a bit from 18-20 million dollars, if that is an accurate figure. Bills could still be in it. It is lying season after all.
  20. Depends on what happens in Free Agency. I would say Taylor or Williams for the OL, but I think that will be addressed next week. So in that case I say Ed Oliver, Christian Wilkins or an Edge. To me, this off season is about the trenches. Although I want them to trade down, get an extra pick or two and grab Paris Campbell and Noah Fant. All that said they will take Metcalf and I will be cooooooool with that too. LoL
  21. I don't have as bad an opinion on Mills as some on the board. He's average to slightly below average. Folks can point out many times he got beat. You can also point out times he was fine. He's ideally a back up. I only say keep him because whomever replaces him will be the same type of guy. The only difference is he is not someone Bills fans have paid attention to and will treat him like an upgrade. He will most likely be some dude who started a bunch of games, who played well at times, but was too inconsistent and his former fan base is happy he's gone; because now they have Jordan Mills. I'm just saying keep the guy you know in the scenario. Mills is always available. He plays hard. Put him in the proper position (back up) and he's fine.
  22. That's a bridge to nowhere.??‍♂️
  23. They should go after Williams or James, but those are starters. Trotting out a developmental OT if a starting OT, God forbid, gets injured is a recipe for disaster.
  24. Still need more than 2 TE's. They will need to sign a couple more even if they dray a guy to pair with a Croom.
