Exactly. This is done. A new stadium is coming. Now the posturing begins to see which entity pays what. I believe the Pegula's already know what they need to know, I.e. location and type (won't be a roof involved) in a fixed or retractable style. I'd be willing to bet they do have an overhang like the Seahawks have with their stadium, but it will be open air.

New Stadium Talk as of owner’s meetings

I have no desire to watch a game indoors. And as you stated, teams rarely have a retractable roof open. I think the Colts mostly have the roof open for preseason games at that. -

Indianapolis has a retractable roof. It's not fixed. -

I've never had any issues down there, day or night. -

For what, two games a year? Most places that have retractable roofs rarely have them open, even in good weather. If folks want to be inside, watch at home or the bar. -
His play helped. That's not debatable.

Antonio Brown is a well known workout fiend. No one ever questioned whether he puts effort into honing his craft and fitness. That fits squarely inside the process -
CB EJ Gaines 1 year deal

This regime believes in competition. Wallace played well when he got his shot. If he is the guy his play will continue to prove it. And if he does having Kevin Johnson and Gaines as depth is a win. -
Why do people take issue with one's confidence in himself? He expects to be a great player. That's the player I want. His collegiate performance, athletic traits, football skills and modern NFL game play, indicate he's on the right track. Top 10 pick for a reason. And they say millennials are too sensitive (they can be BTW), but they aren't the only ones. If White fell to 9 the Bills better sprint that card to the podium! Milano, Edmunds and White could be beastly.

They just added two FA tackles. No one is safe. Not even Dawkins. As Billy told Prince in Purple Rain, "You better bring it tomorrow night, Kid, or else."

Are you embarrassed to wear Bills gear?

Never embarrassed. I rock my gear proudly, win or lose. -

Dillard has steadily been climbing mock draft boards... -
I don't expect journalists to be cheerleaders for the teams they cover. That's not their job. However, there have been many times over the years when the Bills won a game or signed a player or did something that was generally positive and Rodak comes along bringing up some statistic or makes some comment that he ties into the positive that just happened to intentionally lessen its impact among fans. That's ass-holery in action. I'm not a fan of it, therefore, I go to other sources who cover the team. I don't harass him on social media or call him out of his name. He can do what he does and, in turn, I'll do what I do.

Whatever. Many folks can go too far. At the same time, the reason many don't appreciate Rodak have been evident over the years. Being seen as needlessly negative will cause blowback. It always struck me as Rodak doing it to play a heel, a character, not as a defense against criticism from fans. All people need to do is find news from another source. No need to get online and act a fool. Don't click on his articles; that would be worse for him than insulting him on social media.

To see Redskins' message boards tell it, Nsehke excels at LT, but is fairly bad at RT. Perhaps we see Dawkins move to RT at some point. Or Nsehke is swing tackle and Waddle starts. Or a rookie is drafted and starts. I think it's too early to predict anyone into spots on the O-line outside of Morse. Competition for starters should be ??? though.

Draft Network: Christian Wilkins 5-Play Scouting Report
purple haze replied to DCOrange's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the other players on that D-line benefitted from Wilkins presence. He played all over the line. He was dominate against top competition and a difference maker over the course of years. To me he's a Kyle Williams type (attitude wise) in a bigger body and with more versatility. I can't help but think he is a guy they would scoop up. Now, I don't necessarily think it will be at nine though. I think we see the Bills trade back a bit and grab Wilkins in the 15-20 range. He's the perfect storm: team leader, work ethic, production against top talent over the course of years, versatile in skill and at a position of need. If the Bills took someone else at 9 I still wouldn't be shocked if they tried to trade back into the first round to get him. -
This is the thing though, if Rosen was a guy Gettleman felt was a franchise guy, taking him at 2 is what he should have done. Rosen was widely considered to be a guy that would be in the top 10-12 in the draft. Trading for him now seems like desperation to me. Which they might be.

KR/WR Andre Roberts (Jets) to Bills
purple haze replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If he plays well enough in preseason he can be put on the Practice Squad. -
If he likes him enough to trade a 1st for him, why didn't he pick him outright last year. He obviously didn't think he was "his guy" at that position. If he trades for him now, he is more of an idiot than he already is proving to be.
