  1. Quinnen Williams would work too. That said, I don't think the Jets take Oliver. I wouldn't doubt That Gregg likes him, but he ain't the head coach or the GM. This leadership group the Jets have? I see grease fires sooner or later. Bills are in great position to make a move on the AFC East.
  2. I doubt they would get the Jets to deal. I don't know what or how much Beane should be willing to give up, but if Oliver is a guy him and McD identify as a player who is their guy, go get him.
  3. Gettleman is koo-koo if he doesn't take Haskins.
  4. I think they might need to get over Tampa Bay. McCoy might be out and Oliver would fit in there very well. Would the Raiders deal? The Raiders might do anything.
  5. In that case I would want them to trade down, if possible and pick up an extra day two pick or more. Lock and Haskins are the key though. QB's usually cause movement in these drafts in spite of the rumors of them "falling". I'd bet Murray and Haskins both go top 10 and possibly Lock. The Raiders are the team to watch. I think they might cause all types of commotion come draft night.
  6. Out here in L.A. the whispers are the Rams at Dallas on Turkey Day.
  7. That's here nor there. He should be running with purpose all the time. That said, it's not about him. It's about the Bills front 7. Stop him.
  8. I wouldn't be upset if the Bills picked Hockenson. However, I would prefer a front 7 piece for the D. Cole Beasley is supposed to be Allen's security blanket underneath.
  9. I hear you, and I don't disagree. But if the Bills want to do business there is a price to pay, one way or the other. I'd rather pay up front than backload money. That causes more trouble: see Clay, Charles and Dareus, Marcel.
  10. I'd prefer DL or OL because those players, I believe, will be the best players on the board at 9. They could always try to trade up into the bottom third of the first round to grab a WR, which I would have no issues with be it DK or AJ.
  11. They could throw more guarantees in whatever deal. That would be more important to him than the overall number which is smoke and mirrors most times anyway.
  12. If they swapped picks that might be all Beane would offer. In your scenario, the Bills get Clowney, but also get the price tag that comes with him. The Texans would get a top 10 pick with a chance to get a new Edge player on a cheaper deal for the next four years or a highly regarded OL which they desperately need. I wouldn't throw in more than a third in 2020 because the contract would be exorbitant.
  13. He got a DV charge in college due to a situation with his girlfriend and was kicked off the team. No trouble since then that's known of. But I can understand if people have questions about him bc of it. I would imagine Beane and McD would have vetted him if they traded for him.
  14. Billy Sims was the goods!!
  15. Or moved as part of a trade back into the first round or move up in the second round.
  16. I'm well acquainted with Skins fans. Have a couple in the family. They can get real delusional about the team as a whole, but they are all about that football. They are ride or die with the Skins. From listening and reading Nsekeh excels at LT. Isn't as good at RT. Same as what some around here say about Dawkins. We shall see soon enough.
  17. It would. However, this is a deep draft for DT's. The time to get one is now. McCoy is good, but it would be hard to pass up all of the talent at the DT position. McCoy plays another few years. A drafted DT outlasts that on his first contract, and at a cheaper number too.
  18. Neither can Nsekhe if you listen to Skins fans.
  19. Don't worry one way or the other. The Bills will make the best decision they can based on all of the information and roll with it. Can't be worrying about bust or stardom for draft picks. You'll eventually be right both ways. Just take the ride and enjoy.
  20. Sure was. And the Bills had the rock with under a minute left, deep in their own territory and that joker, Trent Edwards, STILL wouldn't throw down the field.
  21. I have a feeling Beane will move around the board this draft. With 10 picks he can do some of that. But I don't think including Dawkins or Zay is out of the question either; although I wouldn't mind both being here for the long haul if they step up.
  22. I don't think they use all 10 though. Beane is moving around the board. I say six draft picks when all is said and done. And 4 of those in the first 3 rounds.
  23. Josh's play was great. Henry's play was insane. Dude fought off how many tacklers and ran 99 yards for a TD. I'm not mad Josh won. Just sayin'. ??‍♂️
