  1. The woman was out of hand. The pills and alcohol loosened her inhibitions to an untenable degree. Flight personnel should have stepped in when made aware. If you are the NFL guy you don't want your name in the news for even the perception that you mistreated/abused this woman in anyway. If you are two black men, you do not want the perception that you've done something to this white woman, who is "drunk" and her perceptions are off. They were right to go to the flight personnel.
  2. Shocked? He knows they work the Bills. That's all he really needs to know. I've never interviewed for a job and knew all the places my interviewer worked. As a conversation piece I might ask their background during the interview and find out that way. And many of these college players don't see a ton of NFL games either. A lot of programs watch film on Sundays.
  3. Really good player. Rest easy, 77.
  4. Well, since the Bills actually provide taxes to New York State that makes sense.
  5. Jim is right. Too much talent and depth. Folks reference the hard schedule. The Bills should be the hard schedule for most teams they play.
  6. I'm in Pac-12 country. Seen a lot of Utah. That 4.65 had me thinking he was running with a pull or sprain. He plays much faster. He won't straight out outrun most pro DBs, but he can get some distance on his runs and lower that boom too. He reminds me of Motor in that he can peel off some big runs. But where Motor is smooth/slippery, Moss is violent.
  7. Butler had to retire prematurely from injury or I would think he'd have numbers too based on his talent level. Also, different eras. Butler played when the run game was standard operating procedure in the NFL. Lee was good though and suffered from inconsistent to horrible QB play.
  8. I thought we were just dealing with homegrown WRs. But yeah, Frank Lewis was a beast. I was too young to really appreciate Chandler. I'm taking Lofton over Lee too.
  9. I have Moulds #2 as well. But I'm taking Jerry Butler over Lee Evans all day everyday, and I liked Lee.
  10. Ultimately, Allen might never be a statistical darling. That doesn't mean he isn't effective or a difference-maker for the team. He already is. Would love to see him turn into one of the greats of all time. He has that physical talent. But if he doesn't, he can still be a champion.
  11. Cam's teammates seem to love him for the most part. I think some fans are the one's who get rubbed the wrong way more so than players.
  12. Nah. California voters don't help fund stadiums. This is Kroenke and the NFL's nightmare alone.
  13. Garbage. Looks like a middle school uniform.
  14. Nah. Wallace can play. He had a few bad games in the middle of the season, but outside of that he was pretty good, same as he was his rookie season. I anticipate he will still be pretty good whenever they play. He gets picked on because he plays opposite an All-Pro CB on the other side. And for the most part he holds his own.
  15. Perriman has bounced around for a reason. 5 or 6 games in the last half of a season isn't anything any opposing team should be concerned about. Perriman always had the talent. He's never had the production and that included the first half of last season that saw Winston throw for 5,000 yards. Maybe the lightbulb has come on. More than likely he'll be what he's always been. A talent that flashes. Division games are difficult, normally, no matter the records. The teams know each other too well. But the Bills have the better talent top to bottom and the better coach. The Bills are ahead of them and Allen is ahead of Darnold too as much as many fans in the country would be shocked to hear. The game isn't style points. It's about winning and Allen is a junkyard dog. I look forward to those Jets games.
  16. The argument some are making is that the NFL should allow kids into the supplemental draft regardless of their status. That would mean a majority of kids who have eligibility remaining, but don't want to sit out an entire season in the case of the NCAA/conferences cancelling all or most of its season. The NFL has already gone on record stating they will not consider kids outside of the traditional supplemental draft requirements you mentioned.
  17. Rosters are already at or near capacity for NFL teams. And it will be difficult as it is for many draft picks/street FA's to make rosters with the way the off-season schedule is being impacted. Training camp might start late if there is a traditional one at all. It's possible no pre-season games are played. Off season could wind up being Zoom meetings and a three week conditioning period. Those kids are better off keeping their eligibility and waiting, as hard as it would be not to be able to play. Most won't get drafted and they won't get their eligibility back.
  18. If they don't let people attend the game it's doubtful they allow gathering outside the stadium. The lots would probably be shut down, with security present.
  19. Bruce Juice Kelly Talley Bruce and Juice were transcendent talents. If there were a Hall-of-Fame made for the absolute best Hall-of-Famer's, both of them would be elected to it. Kelly is one of the most impactful Bills ever. On the field and for the public perception of the organization. I chose Talley as the fourth face because he was an impactful player, the team leader even Bruce and Kelly deferred to, and he embodied the grit, determination, resilience and excellence of his teams and the city he played for. I also thought to of Jack Kemp, as he was the QB of a 2x championship squad, but that was way before my time, and from things I've read or seen, those teams seemed to be led by the defense? But the OG's on the board could speak to that. I kept it to players. Otherwise, Mr. Wilson would be on there as the fourth face.
  20. The ball hit Beas, a pass he should have caught, on the forearm and bounced in the air. Kudos to Mosely for being in position to make a tackle and instead catching the ball. He didn't cause the turnover. The Bills did. He recovered a fumbled snap. Kudos to Mosely for being in position near the line of scrimmage and getting on the ball. He didn't cause the turnover. The Bills did. Allen got sacked and fumbled the ball recovered by the Jets. Mosely didn't make the sack or recover the fumble. He benefitted from the Bills sloppiness. His best play was the defended pass in the end zone to Smoke. THAT was a great play. But the impact? OVERBLOWN. Receivers caught passes they should catch and Allen stopped fumbling snaps from center. Click on the link, watch the game highlights, and tell me how many times the Bills were making plays on offense and Mosely is out there chasing. He was involved in splash plays which makes everyone believe he was dominating the entire game. He wasn't. Tre was. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCZk9D7pcmA
  21. Not really. The Bills were moving the rock well when Mosely was in the game. The Bills were sloppy with the rock. Mosely made plays, I'm not denying that, but I think his presence or lack of presence is overblown. The game flipped when the Bills - as they had in the first half - sustained drives, but as they did not do in the first half, stopped giving the ball away.
  22. Yep. We know this song and dance too well. Because we have sung the songs and danced the dances for decades before McD and Beane showed up.
  23. Exactly. Now is the time to go through the team ticket offices.
