Devin Bush torn ACL, Taylor Lewan may have as well
purple haze replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Really? Chiefs missing 2 starting offensive lineman. How about those benefits? Comes down execution as it always does. Enjoy the rest of this ass whuppin’ our front 7 is taking. -

I disagree. No team can control who plays for an opponent. Teams can control their execution related to their game plan for those opponents. Every week in the NFL teams with supposedly "less" talent win games experts don't think they should win. Execute more consistently, on a play-by-play basis, than the other team and win. -

A stronger Buffalo equals a stronger Buffalo. The Bills success or failure is based on what they do not the opponents roster. -
Is Josh changing how college QBs are scouted?
purple haze replied to Mr. WEO's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Allen is hungry and he has a strong work ethic. He can be coached and developed because he is open to it and seeks out any possible way he can improve. Not every dude has that type of drive and it’s not necessarily replicable. True. Russell Wilson also has an “ it” factor that was overlooked because of his height. If he were 6’1 or above I’m convinced he’d have been a top 10 pick. The league definitely learned their lesson from Wilson. -
He won’t matter much, just like Motor didn’t, if the offensive line doesn’t start moving dudes.

After a Big Bills Loss - Do You Avoid Internet/Media?

Same. Not for a competitive loss. But an azz whuppin like Tuesday night? I tune out the TV. -
🤣🤣🤣 when the defense does well some folks on this board give McD the credit like Frazier doesn’t exist. When the defense does poorly it’s all Frazier’s fault. 🙄 They both hold responsibility. Frazier is running the show. McD is involved in his ways I’m sure. Frazier is the D coordinator because they have similar views on defense. They want pressure from the front four. They will send pressure but don’t seem to prefer it. Current issue is the defensive line hasn’t been getting enough pressure and the players they need to be difference makers are not playing at that level. LBs are struggling too. That’s putting pressure on the DBs. Domino effect.

Not even close.

Tonight exposed again we need a no1 back
purple haze replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nah, the O-line was out there getting slapped up. Nowhere for Motor to run. They looked soft on both sides of the rock, mentally and physically. I turned that mess off. YUCK. -
Haskins benched in Washington
purple haze replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Very possible. I assumed their must be off-field issues with his game preparation. Then I just see the article posted here. Lack of preparation is unacceptable for any player, especially QB. I will say, though, that a new environment might fix that issue: 1. Washington has issues swirling around it for years under Snyder. Might not be the best environment for him. 2. Haskins would not be playing at home, where his family and friends might be a distraction for him. -

Yep. I don’t believe Allen is the answer as a starter and he’ll show that again. Haskins should be asking for a trade out of there. He’s going nowhere with that organization. -

This is some craziness right here. But it tells me a couple things. 1. Rivera must have issues with Haskin’s off-field preparation. 2. Rivera didn’t draft him so he has no qualms about replacing him going forward. -
Cam Lewis activated. Levi to IR

25 of them are potential trade chips. I don’t mind a GM hoarding O-linemen. Good ones are not easy to come by. Develop them, keep enough and deal others for extra picks if possible. Dean Marlow fills in at slot corner and Siran Neal can fill in on the boundary so the numbers there aren’t as lean as they appeared. -
CHRIS SIMMS CONFIRMED JOSH ALLEN FANBOY
purple haze replied to JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He was knowledgeable then. He couldn’t physically execute on a consistent basis compared to others at the pro level. Like Muhammad Ali said after he fought Larry Holmes, he could see when Holmes was about to throw a punch. He just couldn’t get out the way. He could see an opening when he should throw a punch, but he couldn’t let it go quickly enough. No matter how much knowledge one has in a sport the body still has to be able to execute it. -
Not necessarily a punk for asking, depending on the way it was asked and the context. There are lessons to be learned from how that game ended for Allen. Adversity can be a good teacher for those who pay attention. Allen did and went to work on his shortcomings. It’s good he answered with detail. The coach is probably used to things being kept lite with visiting speakers so he got uptight. However, Allen doesn’t strike me as a dude one would need to tiptoe around.

Watson is still good. They have no running game at all and the Defense is terrible in general. Bad combination. And the guy in charge made deals that caused a lot of the weaknesses. Watson is hardly one of Houston’s issues. They just got rid of the biggest issue they had.

The Jets organization isn’t that forward thinking. If it were Gase would never have gotten the job in the first place.

He had to go. Not surprised at all.

Milano is week-to-week with injury
purple haze replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not necessarily. Every GM and Pro Personnel Director sees the same medical reports/history. Milano is a good player who, unfortunately, misses time every season at some point. I don’t see a team breakIng the bank for him. His price tag is dropping. The question is if the Bills will find it worthwhile to even pay the lessened price tag. At this point, if Daryl Williams continues his good play, Beane might choose to put their money into him and Feliciano instead. And if Dodson, who flashes his athleticism, improves over the course of the season I’d say Milano is definitely gone. -
When can we expect Allen to sign a long-term deal?
purple haze replied to bills6969's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree if we’re talking Mahomes numbers; which are predicated on MVP/Super Bowl level accomplishments. Allen maybe could get an offer this off-season that’s more in line with Watson if the Bills make a run in the playoffs and he continues his strong play. At that point, it’s up to Allen to decide whether he wants to get it while it’s hot or bet on himself to play well enough and stay healthy enough to arrive at Mahomes financial Landscape. -

Yuck. Ok against the run, but he can’t cover a bed with a blanket. I’d rather Dodson be in his spot. -
Bills vs Raiders—— Pick the score

If only Bass could make an extra point and Josh threw that ball away instead of taking that sack...😩
