  1. I think it would be a waste of a pick if we drafted a running back this year. Our Line and Qb need to be top priority
  2. couldnt be any further from the truth, complete fabrication
  3. how can anyone see Tim Tebow as self righteous? makes zero sense
  4. Frazier needs to draft Lefevour
  5. I agree. I am tired of all these HC threads. This should be an exciting time for bills fans. What have we got to lose? There are a lot of changes underway. We just need to hope for the best
  6. Yeah McClain would be a steal if we can get him. McClain in the first round and Lefevour in the second. I wouldnt mind McClain, Mitchell, and Pos . Yeah, i am tired of all the coaching threads
  7. Personally, I was extactic when the bills drafted the Penn State Product with their 34th pick in the 07 draft. Pos was the backbone of the rugged Penn State defense and his football instinct was very apparent as he lead the defense. Posluszny's time here at buffalo had been plagued with repeated forearm injuries. We have rarely seen a healthy Pos over a long period of time. Is Pos a franchise middle linebacker? Although he may be far from the lieks of Urlacher or Lewis, I believe that Pos still has a lot of developing to do. He hasn't really been able to buckle down and focus because of the injuries. However, when he does play, he is always on the ball. It seems like he is at every tackle and has that linebacker instinct. I think Pos is the real deal and the guy that I would want to lead the core of my defense. With Mitchell and Pos back together this year our defense will only get better. I have given up on the whitner experiment. He is an average payer and has not lived up to the expectations at safety. Reggie Corner is second string at best. I want Wilson and Byrd as my starting safeties this year, with Mckelvin (Yes despite the unintelligent errors, i think Leodis is very athletic) and Mcgee as my starting corners.
  8. fitzpatrick was made to be a back up quarterback. I dont think he could ever be a franchise quarterback or go to guy. However, he is a solid backup and i believe one of the best back up options in the league
  9. lol your wish list would be every bills fan's dream
  10. as March approaches, it will be interesting to see which free agents will stay with buffalo. George Wilson and Incognito are both restricted free agents that i believe should stay in Buffalo. Wilson has been a great addition and is a great veteran leader for the defense. Incognito's rough and tumble game will provide a spark to the O Line. I wouldnt be too disappointed if Reed ended up moving on. He would be a solid slot receiver if he had better hands. The Owens experiment clearly was a waste of money. I think Evans needs to be the lead receiver to provide example and direction to the newer rookie receivers. I would like to see more of Hardy and Johnson. We never really got to see them on the field enough this year to make an accurate assumption. I believe Shawn Nelson, under the right leadership, would be an outstanding tight end. Why doesnt Parrish return kick offs?? I know he is undersized but he gives us the threat of bringing it all the way back everytime he touches the football. I do agree that Lynch would make an awesome fullback to block for freddy. Freddy is much more elusive, whereas lynch is more of a physical blocking type. Which Free Agents Would You Keep? Unrestricted Free Agents Restricted Free Agents *Denny *Ellison *Draft *Hamdan *Johnson *Incognito *Mckinney *Klopfenstein *Owens *Wilson *Reed *Youboty *Scott *SImmons
  11. Sorry, didnt realize there was already a thread on this.
  12. There was an article on NFL.com saying that Los Angeles is looking to pursue the bills to move to their stadium. "LOS ANGELES -- The company behind a plan to lure the NFL back to Los Angeles said Tuesday that the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills are the first teams it will try to relocate to Southern California." I really hope this has no validity. Anyone here anything about this. The bills must stay in Buffalo. It wouldnt be fair to the die hard fans if they ever moved
  13. As a devout Bills fan, I would love to see the Bills pick up Tebow. Everything in the NFl is a risk, especially in the drafting department. There is no guage to measure a collegiate players success in the NFL. Look at Tom Brady or Curt Werner. Brady wasn't even near the first round and werner was signed after a short career stocking shelves. But both quarterbacks lead their teams to super bowl championships. That being said, Buddy Nix stressed the philosophy of having a head coach who is a great teacher. If we drafted Tebow and surrounded him by good teachers and hard working players, he will naturally accel. His mechanics are something that can be corrected and learned. His devout passion and never quit mentality as a leader is something that cannot be taught. I strongly believe that Tebow would thrive in the NFL and would make the entire team around him more closely knit and better on the field, as long as he was guided by the right coach and put in an environment designed to challenge a player to succeed.

  16. I am very pleased and excited with the new addition of Buddy Nix as general manager. Just by the way he talks and presents himself, he seems like a "no nonsense" type of person. It will be interesting to see which guy he brings in as head coach. Now that a strong guy is in as general manager it shoudl lure some top teir guys to the table. I am still curious to see what Jim Kelly's role will be with the buffalo bills. I would love to see Kelly as the quarerback coach. What do you guys think of Bobby April? Would he be a good assistant head coach candidate. He has done an aweosme job with special teams over the years and i really would have liked to see him get the interim head coaching job. I have a lot of respect for April and would love to see what he would do in a higher position.
  17. i would take vick, if they keep owens, along with evans, they would have two deep threats. that plus vicks run game could be good
  18. Michael Vick's contract will be up with the Eagels this year. I doubt they will chose to keep him. Tony Dungy (Vick's mentor) expressed interest in the Bills as a potential good fit. Michael Vick's best year was in 2006, Which was his last season before he went to prison. The Bills have never really experienced a mobile quarterback with an excellent run game. If the Bills don't draft a quarterback, would Vick be the best option? How would he do in Buffalo? Does he still have what it takes physically, at 30 years old
  19. There has been some speculation that perhaps Tim Tebow may be pursued by the bills come draft time. Many critics argue that Tebow, physically, cannot have the same success in the pro rankings as he did during his stay at Florida. Personally, I admire the rugged, inspired leader that Tim Tebow is. Acquiring him in hopes to develop him as a franchise quarterback may be a gamble but the spirit and never quit mentailty Tebow is known for may just be what the doctor ordered for the buffalo bills. Tebow still needs to prove he can compete at the same physical level inm the NFl, but when it comes to intangbiles, especailly leadership ability, he is the real deal. What do ya'll think?
