  1. Mallet is a pure pocket passer with a strong reliable arm, however he tends to make some carsen palmer type throws. Mallet makes amazing throws at times but seems to follow it up with terrible decisions.
  2. if luck is not available we should not waste a pick on a quarterback, not even newton
  3. good for naaman. It is great to see some local products signed to the active roster. Good luck tomorrow Naaman
  4. This post is utterly outlandish
  5. I think boise state is the best in the country
  6. I think it is rather entertaining that fans expect every positional player on a team with a salary cap to be a super star. Whitner definitely needs to be extended. He is a consistent player and is ninth in the nfl in tackles. He may not be a pro bowl caliber Player. But he is solid and consistent. We have far too many other holes on defense to be concerned with donte.
  7. Haven't we learned yet that anything Darth says is completely unapplicable and illogical. Darth's new username should be "erroneous"
  8. i think you are right on the money with your projected top ten list. I believe Jim Brown will nab the #1 spot.
  9. the chiefs pass defense is in the bottom quarter of the league. I expect a bills win this weekend.
  10. i will pretend this post doesnt exist
  11. I officially vote this as the worse thread of the year.
  12. Andrew Luck is developing into the best collegiate quarterback. Perhaps this is a chance for Stanford to redeem themselves after bringing up Trent Edwards. If the season continues to play out as it is, Andrew Luck will be the number one quarterback in the 2011 draft. Jake Lockers stock is steadily decreasing. Luck and Mallet will be the only two first round qbs. The bills would be nuts not to go with Luck, especially with the maturity he has shown this year. His football IQ is through the roof.
  13. this post is inconvenient and frankly a waste of time
  14. un·der·dog   /ˈʌndərˌdɔg, -ˌdɒg/ Show Spelled[uhn-der-dawg, -dog] Show IPA –noun 1. a person who is expected to lose in a contest or conflict. 2. a victim of social or political injustice: The underdogs were beginning to organize their protests. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Origin: dictionary.com Both definitions seem to be rather applicable
  15. We need to come to grips with the fact that the Buffalo Bills are a small market team that does not attract a lot of franshise players or media attenton. We do not have a global netowrk of fans like the Cowboys or Jets do. ESPN and football analyzers spend much more time researching sexy media favorite teams rather than a team that went 6-10 last year starting three different qb's and having an overly passive coach and is in the process of rebuilding and reorchestrating their entire franchise. The only people that have the most insight and ability to accurately assess this team is us, the fans. We have lived here, we know our team, our capabilities, we are watching practices, we have seen the ups and downs, and i gurantee that most dedicated bills fans know more about their team than any of these biast bandwagon analyzers outside of upstate ever will.
  16. haha 3 to 8 wins??? Thats like saying i have a bring home salary between 5 and 75 k.
  17. okay yeah you guys are right, there would have to be some sort of financial incentive and upside for the NFL, plus the worse team in the NFL would be far better than the best team in college. The college team would have to be an all start team made up of the best college players for that year (which would be top NFL prospects in the draft anyway). but then you bring in the idea of injuries and unneccesary risk and it shoots it down. i just think it ould be interesting to see for kicks
  18. i like the bills afl jerseys
  19. I have a special and unique proposition for the National Football League. This propostion will finally bing closure to the idea of just how good some of the top ranked college football teams are and how seemingly bad select NFL teams are. Every year a week after the super bowl, there should be a nationally televised game featuring the champion collegiate team (Ohio state, oklahoma, etc) against the lowest ranked NFL team (raiders, lions, rams etc). The game would be hosted by the collegiate team in their very own stadium to give some sort of a slight edge to the collegiate team. In your honest opinion would this be a hit or a totally far fetched idea that would be a complete waste of time?
  20. Getting in the Buffalo Bills state of mind

  21. The single most appealing thing about the Buffalo Bills franchise is their accessibility and their localized fan core. Unlike sexy media favorites like the Dallas Cowboys or the New York Jets, the Buffalo Bills fan base is made up primarily of hard working, middle class, blue collar, upstate new york citizens. We do not have the luxury of hearing day by day NFL Network updates and long espn talk show excerpts about our team. We will always be overlooked and unnoticed. Even with a super bowl victory, the Cowboys, Jets, Giants, and Saints will always be focused on, because of their exceptional marketablilty and big time playmaker core. I actually have accepted and grown to like the identity of the bufffalo bills. Colin Cowherd was spot on when he said that Jerry Jones has truly missed the mark with the construction of his lavish footbal stadium. Buffalo Bills have what no other team in the NFL has (besides the Packers), and that is intimicy and a unmatchable fan base. The Buffalo bills and sabres are the identity of buffalo. The location of the stadium and the commitment of the fans has bred a very tight knit loyal community. The buffalo bills are to the city of buffalo as Holywood is to california. ESPN can have Bret Farve''s antics, Tony Romos immaturity, and Eli Manning's overrated play, give me what is real, and the Buffalo Bills fan base is just that. Hopes for an excellent season and many more decades of buffalo bills and sabres tradition.
