They both do a good job of putting a system in place based on the teams strengths & weaknesses. I think Gailey can do more with less but Roman evaluates talent better. JMHO

I agree - Pegs should bring the Red helmets back & move training camp. They could really put their stamp on the team & go with blue helmets. I'd like to see the blue on blue uniforms with blue helmets. JMHO

It would be crazy not to stick with the hybrid 4-3 we've been running with our front 4 but we need to keep Hughes. Kiko on the edge, Brown in the middle - we could let Spikes go. It would be awesome if we can keep Schwartz as Assistant HC.

If we can keep Schwartz & hire Roman along with a new QB coach & O-line coach, then I'll be totally stoked for next year!

I'm all for replacing the terrible QB coach we had (TD).

This isn't a good year to draft a QB anyways - next year is the year for QBs.

Right now I would like Bevell as HC & Cable as OC. It should turn around our Offense quick. I wouldn't have minded the Shanahan duo after looking what they accomplished in Washington - right now it was close to genius.

A always say that we should have kept Perry Fewell as HC & then brought Chan in as OC. Perry already knew that Trent Edwards shouldn't have been the starting QB. The players played at an incredibly high level for Perry.

I'm going to trust Whaley & Pegs to select the right coaching staff - only hope that we keep Schwartz & the defensive coaching staff & bring in an aggressive OC with new QB & OL coaches.

I say we go with the best OG available with our first pick and then BPA from there on out. A new HC with a good OC should be able to turn our offense around.

What changes would you make to the coaching staff & starting player line up & explain how/why those changes will win a Super Bowl.

To go up against Baltimore, Pitt & Cleveland & make the playoffs is good enough for a look.

This. I used to love watching OJ play & met him a couple of times to get his autograph - can't say enough about what he did on the field (& some off).

He's a greedy jerk that cares more about his own stats than the game itself. Go back & watch some of his VT games & you'll see some wide open Receivers & TEs down field & Tyrod will look right at them & then take off running even though he doesn't have to. No thank you.

I do NOT want Sanchez in Buffalo but I would be willing to trade a 4th end pick for Foles.

To me, Cable fits the image of what a Buffalo HC should be. I'll be happy with an Offensive minded HC (Cable, Bevell, Kubiac, etc...) or promoting Shwarts as long as he has a great OC to in mind to bring on board. I would also get replace the QB Coach (TD sucks as everyone he coaches regresses)& I'd swap Crossman out for DeHaven (I would just have DeHaven be more aggressive & not play things so conservative).
