How about keeping A-Lynn as HC, bring in Kyle Shannahan as OC & Asst HC and Gus Bradley as DC? Talk about some brain power. Go Bills!!!!!

I really do think this team has playoff talent - just need the right coaching staff to utilize it correctly. The Bills are so close, no need to "blow-it-up". However I will also say that our offiense is finally putting up points, so keeping Lynn makes sense but bringing someone in that runs a wide offense just might allow us to put up more points and better use of the talent we currently have + it's usually more fun to watch. If we bring in a new offensive minded HC or a new OC it will be interesting to see how our offense does. Lynn has done a pretty good job for a first year OC and just may be the best choice at HC if he has the answer of what to do at DC. Would love to get Schwartz back as DC but that isn't going to happen - so.... It's going to be interesting to see what happens. Go Bills!!!!!

EJ looked better in min-camp & pre-season but Rex felt TT had the "It" factor. Dollar for dollar, EJ is probably the better value and more a true QB for a passing league. Go Bills!!!!!

I like Petine - really do but don't think he is good match for our D anylonger - or for our division.

After thinking it through a little, I feel it will show more class if they wait until after the season. I would make Tyrod inactive though (common sense). Put in EJ & let him destroy the grounded Jets.

I originally wanted Rex fired after the Steelers game but since we've come this far, might as well wait until the end of the year - I would make Tyrod in-acitve though. Time to go back to looking forward to playing against Rex because you know it's an easy win. Go Bills!!!!! The current Bills team has way too much talent to put up with poor coaching.

A-Lynn has this offense putting up points and a good HC like Cowher would keep him in check and not get too cute with some of the play calls. Cowher has said his first choice of OC is Chan Gailey - he may be available. Go Bills!!!!!

We need a real DC the understands how to best use players abilities instead of ramming some outdated system down their throats. I like Rex and really wanted him to be the guy that gets Buffalo to the playoffs but on the Defensive side, the team has not improved anywhere, in-fact seems to have regressed across the board. Go Bills!!!!! Does anyone know how many penalties the Dolphins ended up with? They got away with a lot of PI & Holding all game long. How about A-Lynn as OC (remaining) & Bill Cowher as HC with a new OC staff? Just a thought.

Just off the top - didn't we sweep the jets last year that had a winning record, then Houston last year, Patcheats this year, so there's 4 games without putting much thought into it.

In my opinion - Tyrod is the better football player but not the better QB. EJ & CJ are better in the 2 minute drill, hurry up & with come-back ability. Once we get behind or the 2 minute drill we should be putting EJ in there. Just my opinion. Go Bills!!!!!

I would keep Whaley & the offensive coaching staff. I would just bring in an aggressive HC & new defensive coaching staff. Bottom line, who really thinks Rex & Co could get us into the playoffs next year? Didn't think so either.... Go Bills!!!!!
