these would be as devasting loss as we've had in at least the last 5 years- because with expectations higher and a glimmer of hope a loss to Minnesota would kill
and not benching him would have put his head there too....it's what bad teams do keep switching coaches wanting a winner in too short a period of time
1/4 of the way though year two - where's my winner ?
at least Gruden is willing to say something, we all know TV guys are told do not talk about it- we know this because they say so right before some will blurt out what a brutal call. Tirico on the other hand is like most afraid to upset big brother so I'll pretend it didn't happen.
The officiating quality has been going down dramatically for about 5 years, super fast the last 2. I will still contribute a lot of it to OLD referees trying to move around with 25 year old super athletes your 65 (no glasses of course) and most of the time are in horrible position to make a call, and despite really knowing what happened they throw the flag anyway.
Google Walt Coleman it's not just Bills fans when we play New England
agree he will get better he's still shaking off not playing no camp, no preseason, just off the couch. I'm not sure what we think quarterbacks around the NFL look like. We hear names but do we watch them play? Matt Ryan ?? are you serious, Russel Wilson and when your defense doesn't hold the opponent to 10 points and Lynch doesn't run for 130 yds umm ya, Stafford ??? NO THANKS, Eli ? not unless I get the great giants defenses they won super bowls with, can go on and on and those are ones that have a good name.
with a win a real chance to do something, with a loss a dog fight to end up on top it's only game 6
were just looking playoffs
1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1996, 1998, 1999
where is the column of flags thrown then talk to all the other officials and get talked out of it. As an umpire myself if you can't make the call with certainty don't call it - and if you did call it there is a reason you threw the flag.
ha ha ya both sad and funny....then again there level of professional referees has reached a new level as well it keeps dropping. Walt Coleman needs to hang it up your in your late 60's trying to run with 23-24 year old stellar athletes- ya i know your fine (but your not)
This crew typically allows receivers to push off all game....might work for us
quit putting it on the coaches we did this last year with the special teams coach, now we are blaming the o line coach? As far as the offensive coordinator while hackett was hamstung with EJ they now have a veteran QB the problem is he's going to take a bit to work off the rust. EJ is a bad inside runner but Fred isn't, why does Fred have a great yard per carry average again and CJ doesn't. The offensive line specifically the guards are terrible combined with playing probably the four best defensive lines in the NFL (Dolphins, Texans, Chargers, Lions) has made it look worse. The upside you only get better playing better d- given a chance to play some teams not quite as good I think the O-line will look better
his running style is constantly stutter stepping....hammer it in there 3 yards thats fine, 4 yards that's fine...but he doesn't and quit going out of bounds
