what works in high school doesnt work in the NFL. Defense is about discipline and at 16-17-18 they are not disciplined so you can take advantage of things. That goes away was they get older. Go watch a high school game it's tough to sit through
and Roman to the mix as well. One of my all time fav's - when your building a winner you have to make tough decisions. Would have been nice one last season but Karlos will get the secondary carries.
Have some faith in your offensive coordinator he knows what he is doing. If only pre season counted but it doesn't EJ can not be trusted I think we all know that. It's the unknown in REAL game of Tyrod versus the known of Cassel. It's not like Cassel takes a snap and pukes on himself some of us need to grow up. I prefer Tyrod but its a big risk to roll with Tyrod then have to switch etc. NOT an easy decision. Again I trust the OC I think he knows a little more about the NFL than Howard or even know everything because I watch the all 22 Jeremy
Henderson was a rookie last year lets pump the breaks on him. Lets atleast let him play next to a guy who belongs in the nfl before we form an opinion.
Over - Mario -- not that he isnt a great player but he's not game changing great
Under- Bradham - expanded role watch this guy take off
take off ryan and i think he's dead on......tough though what criteria are we using? if your team gets a kick off return does the qb get credit for that - or pick 6 etc
I cant stand the morning guys and the afternoon guys are worse and i dont listen every day- but it's a one sports radio station town and Sal is awesome
theres a good chance they go with known play of Matt Cassel he's played in actual nfl games where your playing against the 1s and they are game planning against you. I'm also hoping for Tyrod but to say there is no chance in my opinion is inaccurate
although most of what he says is crap and never comes back to say- hey i was way off on that- Jeremy White ask it this morning how many times have you seen EJ elude the rush and make a positive play in the 14 games he played? Tyrod has done it 6-7 times in a quarter of football. I agree completely if the offense can stay out of the negative plays they will be pretty good
EJ ya 3 drops but the feel i had was same deal..Cassel has a good feel confidence to him, point guard. Taylor is faster than i thought but its the typical guy 3rd and long thinks he can run for it most times cant.
I'm leaning Cassel
what took a step back was our offensive line, so adding quality linemen is a good idea thinking we can trade any 34 year old running back for any value is way off
