accountability is to each other on the team, not to the fans, not to writers or media Your doing everything you can do to help us achieve the ultimate goal. Your reliable, you show up, your prepared, no excuses excited and ready to play. If your not (here is the accountable part) you have to answer to your teammates why they should bust their ass but you don't need to. A locker room where there is not accountability by the players will not jell and will not win in any sport

Season observations, this team is good.
CardinalScotts replied to ThrowingFitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
this team was projected at 9-7 10-6 tops losses @ baltimore no shame there tough place to play @ seattle on a monday night played great can't beat the 12th man @ raiders a top team that was clicking steelers playing them earlier might have had a chance, played them as they were rolling - look out Dolphins last game was super tight, yes Ajayi ran us over but make a FG the one that kills in the Jets a season changer in week 2 Bring key components back we are looking at 10-6 projection again with an easier schedule, and even though its a broken record needs to be said injured and suspened players Dareus, Aaron Williams, Watkins back this isnt a oh my god we can't compete blow it up were 2-14 two years in a row were in the mess at 7-8-9 with like 14 other teams what seperates them....schedule. The league is schedule driven = beat the bad teams -

offenses have ranked 16th 17th my question is he worked for two play callers in McCoy and Peterson what was the OC relationship. What were his responisblities- leadership, smarts, character he has in spades. -

If no Tyrod Taylor, where do we go?
CardinalScotts replied to KRT88's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
go to the draft and another 4 coaches later maybe we have someone.....the whining of 17 seasons won't stop because we are playing a rookie qb or a crappy vet. keep tyrod play him keep drafting is the best plan those who do not want to keep Tyrod even if you don't like him, or think hes the answer... miss what he brings to this offense that allows them to score as much as the green bay packers -

when it mattered like down 25 late in the third and Brees starts dealing? great numbers playing catch up. Put up 24 on Raiders KC held them to 13 and 10 Chargers held raiders to 16 and Tennessee held them to 17. Bills were gonna need 40 -

Andy Reid coach of year?
CardinalScotts replied to HumbleAndHungry's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
his playoff wins are the wildcard round after 19 years he's not gonna "get lucky" he is who he is....they have talked about giving up play calling he refuses it was back to back years losing in the wildcard round at home after a good regular season followed by 8-8 and then 4-12....in a round about way personnel decisions because the talent level dropped -

the quarterbacks role is to score points and run the offense, rushing or passing. He has a hand in both his runs on third down extending drive payoff in touchdowns and points. His missed throws are the down side but to pretend we can disect how much he contributes is Jeremy White territory it is trying to hard to discredit the qb. The bottom line and frankly the only thing that matters is 26 points a game is outstanding and 6th in the league and he deserves full credit as the staring qb. The added passing attack comes with added turnovers as well the found a way for his passing efficiency to be huge. Fantasy football is for guys like Brees 5000 yards and the 4th 7-9 season in a row. we tried that with EJ ..you would be hoping and hope is not a game plan for success and YES rushing counts as a qb if its part of your game. 26 points a week for example puts seattle at 13-2 while if we scored 30 a week which would #2 in the NFL we are currently 10-5 its the D why we arent winning. This offense scores in actual football quit playing fantasy -

Andy Reid coach of year?

18 years one super bowl appearance and not in New England's conference- Hes another Chuck Knox, Marty Schottenheimer type. Beats bad teams all the time, loses the 5 or 6 toughies ends up 10-6 11-5 if the schedule smiled on him and exits when the playoffs start. If your not making the playoff he will get you there almost guaranteed then the frustration is your really not going anywhere and guess what they are not making the super bowl this year either....season 19 1 super bowl.....not many coaches can coach that long without showing up as your conference rep 1 every 5 or 6 years -
The Bills have the greatest Public Relations Dept.
CardinalScotts replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
because were kinda close, not close to winning a super bowl are even being a factor but we are really close to being a 6th seed wildcard. Not all playoff teams are good first and foremost teams 5-6-7-8-9 your splitting hairs along with the AFC South winner -

ever been on the sideline of an NFL game, I actually have you can't see sh*t. The replays come from upstairs with a guy who has access to the replay not from the coach with very few exceptions -

gotta keep him, would love to redo the contract but why would he? Likes it here would be it. As soon as he's released other teams will be bidding for him. Slim pickens in the NFL -
id change my vote from keep him to let him go.... Only because his blinders on defense, the belief they would stop them. That's too scary to live with that your that blind, confidence is one thing but 16 weeks of the truth is another. That's besides the decision to punt- I can live with the other minor stuff that goes on during the game on every sideline in the NFL that we freak out over- Bad challenges on replays that arent really his call, he's getting word from someone upstairs Using timeouts especially in the first half most NFL games go to half with each team still having 2 - first have they are not used 10 men on the field repeatedly, this is a focus issue for the PLAYER not the coach, what groupings am I in on? pretty simple Guys hurt/out and Rex doesn't know- you have position coaches they handle the depth chart and are responsible for that Rex is an easy guy to dislike, but I liked him - he hired a poor staff on defense and it killed him. Made a ballsy move to remove Roman and he was right in doing so. When Rex took over he stepped into a great defense 4th in yards 4th in points and didnt keep it the new coach will be stepping into a good offense 11th over all , 1st in rushing, 6th in points do you keep it?

not picking up a free 10 yards on 3rd and 20 making the kick 36 yards instead of 46, instead he threw deep for a covered Goodwin....alot of wind up top not an easy kick into it -
he's played great at every opportunity this year, was supposed to be eaten up by jets game 2..never happened and he's played well all year. Its time Mills was a great find but it's time to move on. He was drafted at 20 sometimes we lose sight of that Zach Martin with Dallas drafted at 24 big difference. Watkins also drafted at 20 guys only 23 now.
