Most likely TANK theory I've heard thus far...
CardinalScotts replied to #34fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly this is a .500 team coming back with a better sense of direction and improved defense. How we could go from contending for the playoffs to 2 or 3 wins thoughts meanwhile from the .500 team have an improved and healthier defensive line with Marcel return and Kyle Williams coming off his best year, better wide receivers and even a better kicker. While we will continue to have a good o-line and running game with a great running back and a quarterback who can put up points. -

Vet FAs available on offense.

Barnidge and Jackson would be my choices -
for me I stops at the eyeball test, Tyrod is a good enough qb to make a wildcard spot. He's running is a crucial part of this offense and some want to ignore it, the job of the qb is to put up points ANYWAY they can and he does. Now is a 10 year starter ? Very unlikely but at least he will have some guys to throw to who aren't coming off their couch at home to start and a real opportunity to grade him out will be available.

Yates has done one thing Cardale and Peterman haven't- --won in the NFL. He's 4-3 as a starter and has thrown 227 passes he's on this roster no matter what. You want to lose a locker room do things that look like you dont care to compete. They will be mentally gone by week 4. Cardale goes on practice squad and Peterman is #3. The ole "sign anyone" is ignorant, Yates has done it if Tyrod goes down he's in Cardale isnt going to be touched on PS he's put it on film -

I will go off thoughts of other NFL coaches and players....he will do great -
every coach in american sports is hired by the owner there is a guy who sell cotton candy at Bills and Sabres games...not sure what decisions he is making but....gotta go
-
SABRES: a lot has been made of Pegula firing guys left and right - lets look closer taking ownership Feb 18th of 2011 Lindy Ruff already in place and a month to go so we will start with 2012: Lindy goes 6-11-1 and Regier fires Ruff Lindy had a great run but hit a wall and it was time for a change Darcy hires Ron Rolston and this is the beginning to his end he goes 19-26-6 and the decision to (tank) is made Darcy and Rolston out- PEGULA FIRST FIRING Murray Hired Nolan brought in for 2+years of rebuild EVERYONE knowing he's been hired to be fired Nolan does his thing and now it's time to build them back up Tim Murray fires Nolan Dan Byslma comes in two years starting from the worst team in the league compiles a 68-73-23 record - players dont like him, his system and we stall out while Leafs and Oilers zoom past. Murray and Bylsma out- PEGULA SECOND MOVE 4+ years later Like the fans Pegula is out of patience 6 years later it's time to win, he did the rebuild thing it's go time and we went in reverse is this nutty owner behavior? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BILLS: Pegula takes ownership October 14th 2014 Doug Marrone already in place 2014 Bills goes 9-7 at seasons end Doug Marrone decides to take an option to cash out at 4 million dollars and leave Pegula hires Rex Ryan - PEGULA FIRST MOVE Rex has seasons of 8-8 and 7-8 with Rex ruining the defense not putting the work in and his brother getting run of the show he's fired. PEGULA SECOND MOVE Pegula hires Sean McDermott- PEGULA THIRD MOVE so Doug Marrone a coach he didnt hire made a money grab out of his control he hired Rex a move that was applauded by most, Rex didnt want to put the work in so he removed him hired Sean McDermott I don't see these moves as crazy, meddling or in over his head

Sullivan: One GM gone, one to go.
CardinalScotts replied to JM2009's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
i mean this in a serious question: Who the hell is still reading Jerry Sullivan ???????? Seriously havent taken a peek in atleast 15 years probably more. Put on a clown show in the McDermott presser. There is a reason he hasnt moved on to another paper.....like the rest at TBN lifers. The best guy they had Tyler Dunne, looked around and said I can't be lump in with this group of no talents I'm out. The rest stay because no one else will hire them. Whats beyond belief is apparently some people still read them- it's unreal -
Post Your Schedule Complaints Here
CardinalScotts replied to RevWarRifleman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
my road games this year are Carolina, Atlanta, Cincinnatti they are within the first 5 weeks of the season. At least at that point they will be right in the thick of it but what a grind- dolphins twice in 3 weeks patriots twice in 4 weeks...are other teams doing this. Yes I know that Dolphins play the bills twice in 2 weeks and the Patriots play the bills twice in 4 weeks haha example: chiefs raider games are 9 weeks apart....broncos 10 weeks apart....chargers 11 weeks apart so what gives with are F'd up schedule?
