Don't need the D to dominate in October just win the game. Get better on D as the year goes on incorporate other good players be descent to good in late November going into December. I can remember so many New England season where they didn't deserve, should have won, looked shakey all in Sept- Oct but they would get out with the win and get better as the year went on. You see Carrington- Moats- Sheppard now in the mix- mcgee coming back. Other may or may not help the cause (Troup-more of Merriman)

It was the offensive lines fault....or that we only had one reciever...or no tight end....or no running game...a bad defense.....a terrible head coach....a bad offensive coordinator....poor weather.....no time to be QB coach AND offensive coordinator......schedule was brutal...that concussion changed him.....our left tackle smells.....they don't let him air it out....the fans were always on him....didn't play well in the cold......no veteran QB to teach him.....

First we came out flat last week - everyone sorta knew it would happen. Had opportunities didn't happen and the officials didn't help. Now we return home in a must win against a team that isn't playing poorly they just aren't that good. Bills must win this game to get the swagger back. As for Philly offensive line is a mess...QB makes exciting plays, but poor decisions....on defense the LB's are below average and the safeties are brutal....they are also pressing which makes things worse. Secondly ESPN guys pick games off who has more superstars- they know the Eagles players don't know the Bills so that's what you get. Bills will win this game some what comfortably 31-21.

the more you watch the rest of the league with the exception of Brady all QB's have these wtf throws every week. I started noticing last year when some guys were complaining about his wild throws- they all do it. Also we have fewer good catches and more flat our drops than other teams. He's fine not sure what we expect- we talk like there are a dozen guys out there better - they wouldn't be with this team.

the point is it was called a catch and this guy came in from 25 yards away to over rule it...It has to be very obvious for you to do that, or you just can't make that call. They did too much wrong to get away with the win -but that call still makes me sick to my stomach

I wish they would too....but it seems like anyway- if they get the one on one on the outside they will go for the big play. Unfortunately against the bengals between bad throws and Jones being unable to make a tough catch we didnt hit any.

Of course they are game planning for Williams you have to, if you can watch the games again or even the highlites. Kyle Williams is double teams all day. Derius is the one not making available plays- Edwards chipped in a few this week.

I'm hoping Jones can get better as the year goes on, but he's been a roller coaster through 4 games. Doesn't seem to be able to make tough catches, he's far from glue fingers. McKelvin needs McGee back as soon as possible, if I could add one thing to the mix on defense though it would be a play making linebacker.

great point ! they sucked again -they have sucked every week. If you have the ticket you watch other games and they are brutal there too. I'm not sure what the problem is. On the Johnson catch- okay you thought you saw ball...go to the replay- and you screw it up anyway. I don't understand it- replay in general the Syracuse missed extra point how does that happen ? Today the Bengals held like crazy all game, there were pass interference calls all over. Did it cost my team the win ? Yes the Johnson catch did- moving the ball up 7 likely to get 3 up 10 with about 5 minutes to go. But the zebra's stepped in- not even his call mind you. Yes if he see's something he can step in but you better be damn sure to over rule from there. Just a poor effort from the guys in stripes, if your team played well or not It shouldn't affect their effort. That always comes from an official - of which I'm one - who sucks week after week.

been listening to Cincinnati radio this week - the over all feeling is this is THAT Fitz the guy who was with the Bengals THIS Fitz is one of the best QB's in the NFL. Marvin called it a must game big difference between 2-2 and 1-3. Keep mentioning Joseph not being there - secondary can not hold up. Chris Kelsay's brother Chad (former Nebraska player too) says Chris told him they had a different idea on pressure for Brady, "I think it will work". I think it worked well enough

NO he can't a huge problem last year was the inability to convert on 3rd and and short. Even if that's all Brad Smith does- which it won't be- that will be a huge contribution. We are only three games in I'm sure Chan has more plans for Brad Smith. But with Fitz playing so well it's hard to remove your best player for any reason. Lastly who care what he is paid is this preventing us from getting another player? We are so far under the cap it makes no difference what Smith makes.
