Ive seen McCarron play before and not crap his pants its preseason it doesn't mean a thing. Of course Peterman looks good so did EJ I fear with Peterman starting things could go really well -until we get down 10 points in any game it's virtually over. Play with the lead we'll could be alright...but Peterman in the gun slinging it no chance.

Riles was available all last year nobody touched him....Hogan is the same guy - patriots throw it 40 times a game Bills threw it 18. Your going to have better numbers

well one is huge in the run defense and pass rush..the other huge in the pas rush and they havent played in the preseason. Star very little- they are proven good players calm down its preseason. This regime i fairly certain didnt get them to help in preseason

I always thought he sucked too plays favorites etc.....but everyone who has played for him says he's a great coach so I don't know what to say. Even retired guys that could say what ever that wanted to. I know this- he's not throwing a single block on the field at some point it falls on the players

there werent alot of moves to make...maybe get Sullivan or Jensen at Center instead of Bodine then Groy can certainly slide over. I cussed out vlad ducasse last year as much or more than anyone but about week 7 he started playing really well and had bizarro damn good season. I think he'll be fine- Mills keeps playing far from dominant but he is rarely penalized and honestly is okay. Miller i dont know what happened he's brutal and has to be replaced. Dawkins is good and has chance to be great. So the choice is Groy at guard and Bodine plays C or...Miller at Guard and Groy plays center either way we have a weak link in the middle and opposing teams know it. There is no one out there who can still play- you can argue couldnt be worse but come on they have a week to get ready- not realistic. O line play league wide sucks if they could play someone would have grabbed them for sure

important to point out the entire line sucked...not going to stick out in the middle when your guards and tackle were just as bad

he's an average quarterback, if you have a really good defense you have a chance to win 9 or 10 games but not going anywhere in the playoffs

agree his 22 yarder happens way to much at crunch time....much more to punting then net ave

even though mcdermott is a keep your composure guy it gets to where you letting a bully push you around. Preseason would have been prime time to light him up take the penalty

this team isnt an 8 win team on paper not to say they couldnt go 9-7. So 3-5 at the turn wouldn't be super disaapointing I dont expect them to win more than 6. Schedule is brutal and time to break in the new qb my fear is the lack of offense leaves the defense on the field all the time and over and over. We need to play slow, run clock, run the ball and play to our defense. Boring ? yes but it's the best chance to win this year regardless of who plays qb

the lack of offense and the defense playing 40 minutes will be the problem at the end of games...really unfair

Two games come to mind which looking back were stupid because we werent going anywhere really nothing to get upset about. The Dallas Monday night game and the New England McKelvin kick return fumble. third game i think had an affect on the season the Seattle total b.s. game i would think the titans playoff game and Norwood miss are automatics for everyone that back up steelers roster rurned out to be pretty talented as those players went on to have success. We act like it was a bunch of guys picked up off the street that week and they put Steelers jerseys on
